Yuri came the same day I requested service, diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher in short order, then got the parts within a week and was back to do the repairs. I contacted spark on a Sunday afternoon for a concerning fridge noise, they came out the next day and fixed the problem for me. Reasonably priced and showed up on time, couldn’t ask for anything more.

He diagnosed, repaired and cleaned the dryer within an hour, which was amazing since it was extra dirty and needed several parts, which he had on hand. He was super knowledgeable and also gave info to order needed lint trap.

My gas dryer would not start when I pushed the start button, I just heard a clicking sound. Called Spark Appliance and they were able to come out same day. Technician Yuri identified the problem immediately, broken belt. Once he opened up the machine he was able to pull the broken belt out and confirmed that was the issue. Within 30 minutes the repair was completed. I was relieved to be able to get the repair completed so quickly and be able to get back to using the dryer. Yuri was punctual, polite and efficient. I highly recommend Spark Appliance and will be using them for future repairs.

Spark helped me with my persistent trickle of a leak from my washing machine. My handyman and another tech were never able to identify the source and fix the problem. But, Yuri found it, and was able to show me in a video where it was. He ordered the part, and had it resolved very efficiently. He also took the time to service the machine and shim it so it’s more balanced. I recommend this company all the time now!
