James and Luis went above and beyond today. I’m very satisfied with my experience and next time I have a home emergency they’re the guys I’ll look for. :)

Alex and Gerson worked on our water damage at home due to a slab leak. They were very courteous and made sure that they worked efficiently and fast. They were very mindful about keeping the kids safe while they do their job. They were also very patient in explaining the process and in answering all my questions regarding the project. Amazing team! Kudos to William, Aiden and Amanda as well.

Had a water leak in our bathroom wall that leaked into a bedroom, called my insurance company and they recommended ServPro , couldn’t be happier, Randy and James came out and assessed the damage , gave me advice , and explained the damage to me, Both Randy and James were on time , courteous and great to work with . Amanda in the office was also helpful coordinating the job and answering all my questions , Would highly recommend them .

We had a water leaked 3months ago. SERVPRO recommended by our insurance to call. SERVPRO Spring Valley/ Jamul was the first one who answered our call and helped us right away. Jason's team are friendly, good communicators and they work fast. Amanda and William made everything so fast and easy. They helped us through the process from insurance, drying/Mitigation and restoration. William was the first one to come out to check, did the drying, and called out Alex and Gerson to remove the wall and vanity. He made sure that everything was dry before calling Eloy to do the restoration. Eloy and his team Rey did a great job restoring our bathroom wall and vanity. We are happy with the outcome. They made this stressful experience less stressful for us. We definitely recommend them with our friends and contact them again if we need to.

James,Dario, Randy and Luis were personable and knowledgeable about my flood damage. They have worked in my home since 9/25 through 12/10. I highly recommend them and Servpro.

Randy and Chris were awesome. They handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism. In addition they go above and beyond what is expected and treated us like family or good friends. Definitely recommend them and appreciate their work.

From start to finish I was totally informed of how the work process was going to be. All of ServPro’s staff were very professional on how they do their work. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Special mention to Chris, Dario and James for their great work ethic. Lastly I want to give a shout out to Amanda. She was the one who kept me updated on the situation with phone calls and messages, very much appreciated. Thank you very much ServPro for a job well done. Keep up the good work.

This contractor wanted charge us for our renovations has much has our house was worth. What rip off

My neighborhood has been greatly improved by this company! Beautiful home remodels and awesome looking new landscaping.

Brown Construction is a no surprises builder. We have used them within our home on multiple occasions bc of their integrity. They estimate true costs up front. Other contractors have tried to fleece us with deals or lower costs only to drop the bombshell that they don't have enough funds to finish a job they were clearly not equipped to handle. Never the case with Brown Construction! They deliver on their promises and do great work!! They also do not outsource their team. They have a trusted in house team! This is nice.

Now that backroom is all finished, we're close to calling them again for our front porch! :)

Furthermore, (This is where I get excited.) many in our neighborhood have utilized Brown Construction and to say that their work is amazing would be an understatement. It is UNPARALLELED!! Marty Brown has a gift for delivering beauty and fine details in his work. Our neighborhood continues to grow more and more beautiful because of his company! (Thank You!!)

I've learned that they have served names such as David Copley and other highly respected names within our city as an exclusive builder to their estates. I say this to affirm that they can be trusted and ultimately they are the BEST at what they do!

For us, they've kept our home clean throughout the remodeling process and timelines were met. I know that those in our neighborhood and anyone that we have referred have only had wonderful things to say.

We are grateful for what Brown Construction has done for us and our neighborhood.

Rami, the owner, personally showed up when alerted to a problem and immediately resolved the issue. I appreciated the prompt and personal service.

They created a nightmare for my daughter in trying to upgrade her condo. From what i saw there is a lack of craftsmanship, service and timelines.
