Cooper installed my previous water heater.. When it went out after 16 years, I telephoned him and he was able to replace it the same day.

Used Cooper plumbing to install our heating system. Can’t say enough about Tom. Aside from the fact that he is a genuinely nice guy, he is extremely proficient when it comes to HVAC. Service was prompt, he left no stone unturned when it came to installing our system. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing

***Just another stereotypical plumber***.
First, they were advised of the issue and said they would call the next day to set up a time to come out. One week later after not getting a call, I had to call them and ask what happened, where I was met with various excusses for the non-communication... Next, when he finally comes out, he doesn't even ask if it's ok to wear his dirty boots in my house! When i aked if he had shoe covers, which most professional plumbers, cable men, and SDG&E have to prevent the tracking in of mud and/or other unpleasant materials in my home, he sounded almost offended that I asked! To which he replied, "No, I don't have any!". He had no common courtesy, decency, or respect for me or my home. I should have sent him away but the issue was really bad. Fortunately, the issue got fixed, but I will NEVER use them again!
