Cooper installed my previous water heater.. When it went out after 16 years, I telephoned him and he was able to replace it the same day.

***Just another stereotypical plumber***.
First, they were advised of the issue and said they would call the next day to set up a time to come out. One week later after not getting a call, I had to call them and ask what happened, where I was met with various excusses for the non-communication... Next, when he finally comes out, he doesn't even ask if it's ok to wear his dirty boots in my house! When i aked if he had shoe covers, which most professional plumbers, cable men, and SDG&E have to prevent the tracking in of mud and/or other unpleasant materials in my home, he sounded almost offended that I asked! To which he replied, "No, I don't have any!". He had no common courtesy, decency, or respect for me or my home. I should have sent him away but the issue was really bad. Fortunately, the issue got fixed, but I will NEVER use them again! -

Used Cooper plumbing to install our heating system. Can’t say enough about Tom. Aside from the fact that he is a genuinely nice guy, he is extremely proficient when it comes to HVAC. Service was prompt, he left no stone unturned when it came to installing our system. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing
