Home Builder reviews in Spring Valley, California

This contractor wanted charge us for our renovations has much has our house was worth. What rip off

My neighborhood has been greatly improved by this company! Beautiful home remodels and awesome looking new landscaping.

Brown Construction is a no surprises builder. We have used them within our home on multiple occasions bc of their integrity. They estimate true costs up front. Other contractors have tried to fleece us with deals or lower costs only to drop the bombshell that they don't have enough funds to finish a job they were clearly not equipped to handle. Never the case with Brown Construction! They deliver on their promises and do great work!! They also do not outsource their team. They have a trusted in house team! This is nice.

Now that backroom is all finished, we're close to calling them again for our front porch! :)

Furthermore, (This is where I get excited.) many in our neighborhood have utilized Brown Construction and to say that their work is amazing would be an understatement. It is UNPARALLELED!! Marty Brown has a gift for delivering beauty and fine details in his work. Our neighborhood continues to grow more and more beautiful because of his company! (Thank You!!)

I've learned that they have served names such as David Copley and other highly respected names within our city as an exclusive builder to their estates. I say this to affirm that they can be trusted and ultimately they are the BEST at what they do!

For us, they've kept our home clean throughout the remodeling process and timelines were met. I know that those in our neighborhood and anyone that we have referred have only had wonderful things to say.

We are grateful for what Brown Construction has done for us and our neighborhood.

I was looking for a company that could cut down my old carport and move it to the other side of my mobil home and replace it with a new wider and longer carport. I was surprised that there weren’t very many companies that specialize in mobil homes. Most of the companies I found did remoleling on houses. I had a few of them come out but I didn’t get the feeling that this was the kind jobs they were used to doing and their quotes were ridiculous. I was so happy when I found Atasc Mobil Home Services and the owner Carmelo. He came took a look at the job I needed to be done, gave me a great quote and insured that the job would be completed in a timely matter. I felt very comfortable with Carmelo from the start. They first replaced my roof, then downsized my old carport and moved it to the other side and then installed my new carport. I also had them do a special job for me. They installed a doggy door and built a custom staircase that matched the ones on my mobil home. They also installed a dog run for me. They did an excellent job. Carmelo and his crew are very friendly, hard working and conscientious. I am so happy with and proud to show off their work. I highly recommend them and well definity use them in the future.
