James is amazing ! I had a leak from my waterfalls I had in my office and he took care of all the issues related to the leak very professionally , corteous and found the right solutions right away Great service ! 10 out of a 10 ! .

If you're looking for your forever carpet cleaner look no further! Not only do I use Rapid Dry at my home, but they also clean the carpets at my workplace. The technicians are experienced, professional and extremely kind. Pet stains were always an issue in my home, but completely disappear once the carpets are cleaned by the Rapid Dry Team. My office had high traffic areas with deep stains including oil and wax after the cleaning was finished it looked like new carpeting. A Golden Retriever, a bunny, and three kids - no problem. I was amazed at how clean and "like new" my carpets were after servicing. So happy with the outcome that I referred Rapid Dry to my mother , a landlord of several apartment complexes. Neither of us will use anyone else. The office staff was efficient and courteous. mr chimney cleaning was professional and quick when cleaning my chimney. my fireplace is looking really nice now. i appreciate that barry was willing to come out for a smaller chimney job, since it was hard finding anyone else to help in spring valley. i'm really glad i found this company and very happy with how everything turned out.

i recently had my chimney swept and repaired by this team in spring valley. i was having trouble with smoke coming into my living room whenever i used the fireplace, so i called and set up an appointment. on the day they came, barry arrived right on time and really knew his stuff. he checked out the fireplace and quickly found out what was wrong. after looking over the estimate, we agreed to move forward, and they managed to fit us into their schedule for the next week. the repair appointment took a bit longer than we expected because of some warm california weather, but barry still made it out and finished the job. now everything works great, and we can enjoy a cozy fire during these cooler spring valley evenings. i’m really happy with how clean and efficient the service was.

They even installed an insulating thimble where the stove pipe connects to the chimney, making sure everything is safe and works well.
