Tree reviews in Spring Valley, California

The crew was on time and did a thorough job of trimming my giant Camphor tree. I was consulted throughout the process and the clean-up was exceptionally well done. I highly recommend Atlas Tree Service for the care of your trees.

They always do a great job pruning our Palm every year

We had a great experience with Atlas Tree Service. We had a huge eucalyptus tree whose truck was on city open space property but whose branches were overhanging out house and property. We love the tree, but wanted to trim and remove some weight for safety. John Hamilton coordinated with the city's open space division and secured permission to trim the tree. Nate and his crew came out, listened attentively to our thoughts and preferences, provided some education about the best practices to ensure the health of the tree, and worked quickly and respectfully. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. The tree looks great and we would gladly bring Atlas back for any additional tree work on the property.

As an individual condo owner, I had a small job but Atlas treated me like a major customer. The estimate was done within ten minutes and scheduled the work within a week. The tree trimmers were as professional as the arborist. Efficient, courteous, and cleaned up the area to perfection. They came on time and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

Very happy with the timely manor in which Atlas Tree Service completed the work. We had several trees trimmed and several removed. (The grandkids were entertained for hours) Thanks to Kamden who came and added the final personal touch. He went above and beyond to make sure we were highly satisfied

The guy who put together the proposal well understood the job we were hiring for; the trimmers who showed less so. After I made repeated specific requests, which at one point involved someone going back up into the tree for a second time, the work was more or less done — for the less done parts I would have to go buy a telescoping saw to trim lower branches myself. I appreciate the team worked safely and professionally. However, the untrimmed upper branches remain as a reminder to me to look elsewhere next time.

Darwin Martinez and the whole crew were terrific in every way!

The whole crew did a great job! Fast and clean. Definitely having them back in the future.

Even though they were not the least expensive bid for pruning 51 trees in our HOA, we had confidence in Ron, a knowledgeable arborist, to handle the 2-day job. Carlos and the entire crew were efficient and pleasant to work with, and we were happy with the results.

We have used Atlas Tree Service many times over the past 20 years and as always the service was exactly what we requested. The work is done professionally and the tree service staff are a delight to work with.

Once again, thank you for a great job.

I have been using Atlas for many years and they are always professional, timely, responsive and efficient. They are very careful pruning and lacing a very old tree in my yard that is beloved by the whole neighborhood. They helped us to care for it while our home was under construction so it wouldn't be traumatized and it is thriving under their care.

We have used Atlas Tree Service for many years and we recommend them unreservedly. They are true professionals and attentive to their customer's specific requests. In watching them trim our apricot tree, it was so gentle, we inquired about it. They replied that they have a genuine feeling for the trees they are trimming and they care about their ability to thrive. Our trees thrive year after year under their care!

The professional and highly experienced crew from Atlas Tree Service pruned 4 very tall palm trees and 1 bushy Pitosporum in our front yard. This is a challenging and dangerous job, since the palm pruning required the crew to climb the trees and hand saw the palm fronds and attached materials.

The crew was careful and very attentive to detail while respecting and protecting the property. As always, the cleanup was meticulous and thorough.

Our thanks and appreciation to Atlas Tree Service and their pruning crew.

Atlas was recommended to me by our fence installer.
Kamden was the arborist who handled my project. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Since I had such a positive interaction with him, I decided this was the company I wanted to go with. Along with that, the tree removal crew were great! They removed 19 cypress trees from my yard. They were on time, efficient and respectful. The whole time they kept me informed of what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.
The cost was very reasonable as well.
I highly recommend Atlas!

The whole team did an excellent job at our property, 10/10 definitely recommend! Great job guys!

Ron, Thanks for a job well done. Your crew was timely, courteous, friendly and efficient. They made sure the job requirements and my requests were met, and were diligent in cleaning up my and the neighbors properties. I will be calling you next time my trimming job is due.

I live in a manufactured home park so I'm not the one that hires them but they do fantastic work. The park had them take down a tree on my lot. It was a huge job! They are so careful and safe. Clean up was well done. They are professional and accomidating.

Outstanding job trimming my very tall palm trees and Podocarpus. The team was polite, efficient, thorough and at the end of the project, cleaned up the area completely.

Atlas Tree Service is no longer the company it once was.
Ownership has changed and quality/service has declined.
Unfortunately, after 20 years will be using another tree service in the future.

Very professional and detailed highly recommend. I appreciate Ron for the quick turn around on my project!

My very mature Eucalyptus trees were recently attacked by the new in San Diego Dotted Paropsine Leaf Beetle. The morning following my call, Gerardo arrived to look at the urgent situation and was here the next day to do the necessary treatments. The Beetles were all gone by end of day! Add I would like to add that he was very informative and was a pleasant diligent worker.
