Called up talked to Shannon, she’s very great and professional on the phone. I described what was needed generally. I simply needed a single handle kitchen faucet replaced and I had the Fossett already. And I asked for a rough idea on the cost. She wasn’t able to provide that. When Caesar showed up, he made me aware that they always charge at least $850 to do anything. If I would have known that, I would not of paid the $39 to have him come out to begin with. I run a service business myself and I don’t like that kind of shadiness. The plumber came out and told me it was gonna take two hours of labor only and the cost was 1045.00
So I wasted my morning being here and paid them $39 for them to try to overcharge me.

When your water heater goes out these are the people you want to call. They answered after hours and responded first thing the next morning. They were here by that afternoon and worked quickly to get a new system installed. James was polite and very professional. He worked to give us the best deal he could. I will definitely call them again for the big or small jobs and most importantly in a hot shower emergency.
