Reviews of local pros in Stevenson Ranch, California

If you want to buy soil, tools, pots, etc. here then fine. I wouldn't recommend buying plants or getting gardening advice here. The plants didn't look very healthy. When I asked one of the employees if they had bonsai soil he replied saying that there was no such thing as bonsai soil and that any regular soil would do... Any old bonsai soil would have killed my bonsai tree. But I guess it's Walmart so what do I expect.

Great service and home care, 100% recommended. Thank you Miguel

Service was better that expected.

Fast and good price!

He was on time, professional and did a great job!

Great Costumer Service and Great work ethic. removed all my stains and put extra work that was unnecessary. Amazing.

I now have magic carpets. They're clean and look brand new. Thanks for coming by.

Steve did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use him again. 5 Star!

I’m impressed with this company. They showed up on time today, had good verbal communication and were able to meet all my needs. My carpets look beautiful again! I highly recommend!

Arrived on time! Did an amazing cleaning job on my stairs and sofa. Took time to make sure the job was done with care. I love the results and will have him come next week to do some other rooms!

Wow the entire experience was so easy. Messaged him and he responded right away and came to my house so quickly. My white sofa had a few stains and it was looking a bit dirty. He worked so hard cleaning it and I’m so happy with the results. Def using him again!!

I must say 5 step Carpet Care SCV is the best! They are hands down AMAZING! I will for sure recommend it to anyone that needs a great service. They came and cleaned the carpets (3 bedroom and a hallway). The carpet is NEW again! Thank you!!

I moved into my place with filthy carpets. Rented a cleaner from A well known store that didn’t really clean much. Barret went above and beyond for my carpet, rooms, hallways etc. carpets literally look brand new and they smell great! 10/10 recommendation!

Barrett was great and thorough with our carpet cleaning. He was able to get a stain out that we thought was going to stay. We are very grateful for the work and time he took to clean our carpets!

Barret was on time and was quite a nice individual. 5 Step Carpet Care is a very professional company, they answered all my questions and walked me through the cleaning process. My carpets look brand new again! Probably the best cleaning I've ever had. This guy cares about his quality and it shows.

We experienced great service by Barrett and 5 step carpet care. On time, prepared, thorough, knowledgeable, and the results were above and beyond and what I think is the most important quality with great service... he enjoys and is interested in his work. He even followed up the next morning to check in regarding our carpet. We found our carpet cleaning company.

Found this company searching on google, I contacted them and within minutes I had an appointment set up for two days later. I have two small male dogs so my carpet needed a deep cleaning. With their normal cleaning solution and 90 mins later my apartment smelled brand new. The price was just as great as the service. I highly recommend to anyone with pets and without!

It was such a great experience. They were responsive. I submitted my order on Saturday and three very friendly ladies showed up to my house first thing Monday morning. They used great products and did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the service.

Very thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Clear communication and professional service. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was more than pleased at the result of the home cleaning. The workers were on time, courteous and professional. They were very efficient and worked diligently. Everything was left immaculate! I would recommend them to everyone. I will certainly be using May’s Home Cleaning again.

May's Home Cleaning exceeded my expectations! They were punctual and worked diligently, leaving my home spotless. Their attention to detail is impressive, particularly in the bathrooms. I will be scheduling them again for regular cleanings!
