Phillips Construction did a phenomenal job in our home! They took on several projects, the biggest of which was a complete fireplace rehab – they built and installed floating shelves with lighting, cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling stonework. They also installed a barn door, moved electrical, and did drywall repair. Every aspect of their work is top notch and I especially appreciated their ongoing communication and commitment to doing the job right. Shelley, Joe, Norman, Javi, Jason, and Kris were such a pleasure to work with. They also showed up on time, were so respectful of our home and left it just as clean as it was when they came in. I would use Phillips Construction again in a heartbeat!

The challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic made it harder to acquire supplies and maintain timelines, but Kris from Phillips Construction handled this aspect of the project admirably. He consistently kept us informed about supply delays and adjusted schedules accordingly, ensuring that the project stayed on track as much as possible despite the unforeseen circumstances.

Lastly, we want to express our gratitude to Joe and Shelly Phillips for their excellent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always available to address our questions and concerns, and their commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction was evident throughout the project.

Buying a first home is never easy, but is particularly difficult in this day and age. Needless to say, I purchased a home for all the right reasons..minus the actual dwelling. Phillips Construction took the fixer-upper I bought and turned it into my dream home.

After the first consultation, I knew Phillips Construction was the one for the job. They listened to my ideas about opening everything up, pillars being built in place of closed-in hallways, and walls becoming windows. Post-acceptance of the insurmountable plan I laid at their feet, they remained humble and stated that they would give me time to decide if I would trust them with my home renovation. I am relieved I chose them and grateful for the work they have done. My home is my imagination come to life and I owe it all to Phillips Construction.

As first-time remodelers, we weren’t sure what to expect. Let me just say that all our expectations were exceeded! The team was enthusiastic, punctual, friendly, hard-working, and talented. Everyone was easy to collaborate & communicate with and constantly ensured we were happy with the work. The sub-contractors for our tile, floor, & vanity were true craftsmen. Shelley was on site most days & constantly communicated via phone. Many thanks to Jess & Austin who bore the brunt of the work. We still can’t believe this beautiful bathroom is ours! We look forward to working with you in the future as we continue to update & beautify our home.

Phillips Construction did a total reconstruction of my small kitchen. When I met with Kris to talk about what I wanted he listened and I could tell that he knew construction and would be great for the job. They tore it down to the studs and built back a beautiful little kitchen that was better than I imagined. Joe Phillips has a great crew. I will use them again.

person who answers the phone really does not listen to you while your talking answers over you. would love to have used this company but ill look for another construction company owner should look into moving the lady who answers the phone before he keeps losing more business

I would have loved to work with this company because of all the great reviews. But they were not responsive in slightest, I had to call weekly for updates on my estimate (it took over a month for them to get back to me with an estimate and I was told it would only take two weeks). I was told when the guy came out to look at all the work we wanted done that they would itemize all the projects so we can see what we can afford to have done right now. When I got the estimate everything was lumped together and the price seemed way too high. I asked how much it would cost just to have 2 of our most necessary projects done (hoping it would be in our budget) and was told they can’t itemize anything which means they can’t tell me what it would cost to get those projects done which essentially means they won’t work with me. Really frustrated.
