The Guardian crew came around 7:30 and were finished by 1:00.

First the sales person completely lied to us regarding the plan. Turned out to be twice as much as he claimed and a lease not a pay what you use. Second the over priced system doesn't work. I am still paying Pg&e a healthy bill every month. I am now paying more for electricity than I was without solar. Yes I did call them to ask why the batteries are dead every morning. More then 2 weeks later no call back. Do not trust this company.

Very good experience with Empower. The Gladiators were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived at the specified time, and informed me of the day’s procedure. They gave us updates, and stayed until the job was complete. The only small complaint is with the clean up. They did not put everything back in its original location.

The installers were skilled at their job they were confident, courteous and well mannered. It was the Gurdians crew.
