James was very professional and efficient my carpets look great…

James was great. He thoroughly explained his process and I was so pleased with how my carpets looked even before they were completely dry. Also there was not one area where there was soaking water on my carpet. It was literally like towel dry immediately where other professionals have left my floors/rugs/carpet soggy and damp for days! I will definitely use his company again.

First off they were running a bit late, but were professional enough to call ahead to tell me they would be 10 minutes behind = excellent.

Secondly the appointment was scheduled for a quote but they had the time and equipment to get it done right then and there = excellent.

Thirdly the process they used cleaned every (and I mean every) spot on the carpet that was 12 years worn and puked on by little kids like IT NEVER HAPPENED = excellent.

Fourthly they did a second "legacy" clean even after the 1st pass got everything up just to improve drying time = excellent.

The price quoted got my my bedroom, stairwell, hallway and high traffic areas of the living room done in one shot = excellent.

The value per dollar, the raking to fluff the carpet, the 30 day return if anything happens - I get a free spot-clean... I just have to say:

Excellent.

I'm not even going to bother with any other provider - I'm that content.

Very good cleaning and no soggy carpet. Will use them again this spring! Also my mom will too as she has a walker and does not need a day for a rug to dry. These are dry in a few hrs, even less!

We have area rugs and 3 dogs and Tom came out and cleaned our rugs they look brand new. We called and got an appointment within 2 days after I called they came out on time and it was so reasonable...

I have used Chem-Dry of Lodi for many years and the reason I keep using them year after year is because they do such a great job! The service is wonderful, they don't soak your carpets, or use any harsh chemicals.

ChemDry was on time and quick. We have 2 dogs, 1 large, and a cat that are on the carpets all the time. They did 5 bedrooms a hallway and stairs in about 2 hours. I used the whole house fan to help speed up the drying to about 3 hours. Very impressed with the results.

We just had our carpets and rugs cleaned from ChemDry of Stockton and we are beyond impressed. Not only were they able to get out permanent marker stains, but they were also able to remove a stain from a red wine spill!!! The service did not impose on our family; it only took about two hours to complete 4 rooms. Just purchased our first home and needed to have it be move in ready! My parents have used this service before but I am new to this process. The business name is misleading ChemDri, I was turned off by the first impression of using chemicals but that is not it at all. My technician was so knowledgeable and friendly.
