Daniel came out, and found our leak, then when they came back for the repair, they cut our concrete to repair the pipes. They did this on time, as scheduled, as quoted. They also did an excellent job matching our stamped concrete finish on their repair. If you have a leak, call Bullseye.

Weather and other circumstances made this more complicated than it otherwise would have and required two visits. Vaughn made the first visit and was able to determine that the leak was in the returns, but could not pinpoint the leak. Daniel finished the job on the second visit with a minimum of fuss. He was able to determine some significant details about the leak and how long it had existed.

Both technicians were prompt, pleasant to deal with, and clearly competent. The fact that Vaughn was honest at the start that the rain might be a problem was a great example of setting realistic expectations and the thoroughness that Daniel showed was the sort of thing I expect from people doing this sort of work.

All this and the cost was quite fair for the work that was needed.ork that was needed.

Bullseye leak detection did a fabulous job in many ways. First, they conducted a thorough testing to get a clear idea of what the problem was. They spent nearly 2 hours doing the initial testing so we could figure out exactly what we were dealing with. After that, I was sent a detailed estimate of work and cost. Vaughn, Ron, and Juan, all took the time to answer my questions and explain what was happening at all stages. When you are faced with something such as a slab leak and the answers are not clear, their professionalism and reassurances gave me a lot of peace of mind. Forget going through a friend, hire these guys. They are professionals, and know exactly how to handle these situations. And the quality of their work, was excellent.

Very satisfied with the service provided by Bullseye. They detected a leak in my pool that that two other leak detection companies failed to pinpoint (kudos to Vaughn!). And the follow on repair was smooth, clean, and at a reasonable price (kudos to Juan and Ron!).
