I have used B&B Heating And Air for my twice annual maintenance is for my HVAC system.
they are personable, professional, and on time!

Great service and response! Every time i have needed them for my business they get me on the schedule quickly. Everyone is very friendly and personable. I used them for my tenant improvement and that was a challenge due to fire requirements but they made it happen for me. Thanks B & B!

Had a great experience with B&B. This is was my second time using their company. My A/C was blowing warm air. I was able to get an appointment within one day. They arrived on time and were able to fix the problem within an hour. Service was friendly and professional and the cost was very reasonable. 100% would use them again.

I use B&B heating and air for my HVAC system maintenance. they are always professional, personal, and on time! what really set them apart from the “big boys” that they are small, family owned, and operated for three generations, and they really know their stuff!
One other thing that really impresses me, is that they are not running specials to service the system for some ridiculous price like $39, so they can simply come in and try to upsell.
today, I had them look at my 25 year-old heating system, they made a few tweaks, did some cleaning, and measured pressures and system outputs. they recommended two capacitors that were functioning well but losing their power…
Out the door for a full service with the two capacitors was $206.. Money well spent to ensure the continued operation of my entire system!!

I called RB HVAC for commercial unit and the tech showed up on time and was very professional. After the diagnostic was complete he provide a solution and fixed my AC for reasonable cost. I highly recommend RB HVAC and their tech did an amazing job for us.

Had great experience with this company, Raman was able to accommodate my request and showed up as soon as possible to fix our heat on one of the coldest days. He was very professional and I would definitely use him for all our future needs.

So my interaction with this company does not involve heating or ac. It involves service. The driver or owner I am not sure pulled over to help me load some plywood into my truck without solicitation. If the way they conduct their business is half as good as the customer service seems to be it is going to be hard to beat.

Raman is very friendly, communicative, and honest. I received same day service for my HVAC inspection/maintenance and it was at a lower cost compared to other providers. All of my questions were answered promptly and in detail. I highly recommend Raman for any HVAC needs.

So I just purchased my home here in Modesto, and I’m about to be a month in and my AC decides to give out and it’s the first weekend where it got in the 90’s. And to top it off I have my in laws coming over the next day. So I was a little desperate to get some help. Upon calling multiple companies no body would be able to help me till Monday. Then I ran into RB HVAC Inc online and gave them a call. Raman the owner was so prompt at taking my call and going above and beyond to getting me the help I desperately needed. He did not give up on trying to find the issue and got me up and running again and was very fair on pricing. I’m one satisfied customer. Thank you again Raman.

I just had AC cooling service today and the service is in a timely manner. Raman is very nice guy. He go straight to the point what repair or replacement needed on my AC.

Overpriced and bad service.owner let me tell u something I understand nobody work free and we spend $2200 which is lot money and I told u so many times I need a invoice which show everything and u guys never gives us the invoice and owner u always wants a money first and u never wants to a complete work .its ok this is the last time we work with u never again in future.

Excellent service! The technicians were on time and did a great job fixing my air conditioner. It’s hard to find good people and feel I found a company that I will be using from now on and I will be recommending them to family and friends . Great service. Arrived on time. Actually they arrived ahead of schedule. The team cares about the ones in need of service repairs. A/C unit went out. Because we had an disabled person without a/c.. they understood and got us in early even with they busy schedules.

Tremendous. Called at 7p on a Friday. By 9:15a the next morning, a tech had arrived and repaired the unit. Very polite and professional. Very good price. Fast. Strongly recommend.

Appointment time was even met to the second and nothing was rushed to feel like he had another job to do other than yours. Really made difference on customer service! RB and his team is amazing. Punctual,efficient and experts in what they do. Came as life savers when my water heater broke in mid winter. Highly recommended.
