Teycon, led by Eldar, did a great job on our electrical panel upgrade. Clear communication, smooth process, and everything done right. Highly recommend!

Teycon painted the exterior of our condo building. Eldar and Tim were always responsive. They worked very hard with us to consult with us about design options for our driveway. The painting was meticulous. The workers quiet and respectful. I will hire them to do any upcoming projects

We hired Teycon Builders and Developers to renovate 5 balconies after an inspection found some serious issues. They were professional, on time, and easy to work with. Our HOA hired Teycon Builders to work on 8 balconies to comply with SB326. I found them cost effective, punctual and did not miss a beat. They responded to all requests on a daily basis and would reach out to me as the HOA's representative when there were questions or issues. The HOA also asked them to fix a number of issues that were not in the bid and they included them in the cost.

We hired Teycon Builders and Developers to paint the interior of our 5000 sq ft house
prior to putting it on market. They sent their full crew painting quickly but carefully. The contract included some repair and some exterior needs. The final result is a beautiful interior done as the contract described. The painters worked responsibly and were courteous and pleasant at our times. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing a great paint job.
