Rip off !!! I am calling Toto tomorrow to share what a bait and switch. $475 to fix a leaky in wall Toto toilet. I called them as they were listed on Toto website. I sent a video to Deon and was told parts maybe $30 but $250 labor and $225 for a part on sale on Amazon for $150. Worse part is tech Jesse left and I can’t tell if they want me to pay for a 2nd visit to replace another part.

Support any local plumbing company, except this one! Terrible communication and terrible
customer service that was a complete waste of my time and $250. I learned nothing, other than the toilet I ordered could definitively be installed by another plumber.

We have been remediating a wastewater leak from a toilet that was flushing into the walls and floor. I called to ask for a quote and Dion urged to quickly schedule an onsite visit by a technician to deliver an estimate, even though I pointed out the remediation was still in process (2 weeks with no end in sight).

The technician visit was less than 15 minutes, with no measurements, and no work. He looked in the remediation areas
blocked off by dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, and at the new toilet
    system that was delivered.

This urgent on-site visit could have been a phone call or email with the product specs and room specs. I already ordered the toilet and ensured it would fit in the bathroom. So I was invoiced $250 for a 15 minute "technical" visit for the purposes of receiving an estimate of $3500 for the toilet installation. Later, Dion said he was not aware that I described I had an active toilet leak in remediation, and said I agreed to this on-site visit like I was supposed to know that he would charge $250 solely to develop an estimate. Not only was the inspection fee outlandish, but so was the $3500 quote for the full scope of work.
