Paul's Carpet Care and Cleaning is fabulous! From first contact on the phone with Debbie, to the call from Paul that the technician would be arriving within the hour, to Garrett, the technician...it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Paul's for anyone who appreciates service and a job well done!

Update: Paul's came back out an re-cleaned the areas which still had stains and the spots I thought should have come out are now gone. It was nice they took the initiative to contact me and come back to correct the issues.

This last time I had them out I was a bit disappointed. I don't remember the price being so high. I had my wife call and she forgot to get a price other then "they charge per square foot". When the guy showed up he said it was $0.38 per square foot and $4.50 per stair. We got the stairs, the master and the family room done. The guy spent less than 2 hours in all from the time he pulled up to the time he drove away and charged $270. That's over $135 per hour for this job...must be nice. Not only that, but the carpet in the family room isn't even clean. There are still stains (nothing crazy like oil, grease or paint, just spilled food and the like. Don't get me wrong, the carpet is almost 10 years old, but I can't help but wonder whether spending a bit more time on the job would have lead to cleaner carpets.

Had them out several years ago to help me deal with some cat pee issues we had. Paul came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable we had many areas cleaned and I replaced the carpet and pad in the bonus room and landing. Paul referred me to a guy for that part (who was reasonably priced) and instructed me in getting a good bottle of enzyme (Nature's Miracle i think) and sealing the sub-floor and base boards (the cat pee was BAD in this room). The treatment worked and with the new carpet and the other, not so bad, spots cleaned, the cat pee issue has been a non-issue ever since. This is why I called them the last time...not sure about next time.

This company is fantastic! Todd came to clean our tile flooring. He was very professional and friendly. To say he did a great job would be an understatement. The tile and grout look like new and there is absolutely no chemical residue. You might find a cheaper price with a different company, but not better service.

Wasn't familiar with the Menifee area but found Ultra Steam Cleaning and liked the reviews. Todd was very professional and polite. He did a really great job on my three couches. He did such a great job. The couches looked great. I would definitely recommend Ultra Steam Cleaning to anyone looking for great work and great pricing.

I've been a happy repeat customer of Paul's Carpet Care for several years now and it's because of their excellent service. Before Paul's I dreaded getting my carpets cleaned because they stayed wet for several days after the cleaning, but with Paul's the carpets are almost dry immediately after the cleaning. I also appreciate the monthly newsletter they mail out with helpful tips and the coupons with discounts are a nice bonus.
