Andy was recommended to us by a family member and I am so glad we followed the recommendation. My wife and I were first time home buyers and it was an incredibly stressful process in light of the Los Angeles wildfires; however, having helpful and trustworthy people on our side made the process so much easier.
When we did our home inspection, Andy reviewed, verified and made recommendations on what projects we should tackle first given our post-purchase budget. Andy is licensed and his team ensured all the required permits were taken care of, and the inspections that were necessary (such as fire detectors, roofing, etc) were successful. Andy and his team replaced our electrical panel, our old gas water heater and installed a tankless water heater (he also directed us in getting a reimbursement from the SoCal Gas Company), garden drainage, fixed floor panels, and installed our Ring cameras.The projects were done quickly and compared to some of the quotes we reviewed, he was very competitive.
I have heard nightmare stories of contractors not finishing jobs on time, but within two weeks of purchasing our home everything was ready for us to move in. We were told that there would be many things we would discover were missed on our home inspection that would require fixing, but thanks to Maranatha General Construction, Andy and his team, we have not had a problem in the 8 months we have lived in our house. Highly recommend!

Maranatha is a terrific company to work with! They are conscientious, punctual, hardworking and most importantly, they are honest! I trust all my house renovations and fixes with Andy and his team. He has re-wired my house, changed the insulation, fixed my outdoor hosing system, just to name a few projects. Andy makes great recommendations, gives advice on getting the best price and always delivers a great work. I would absolutely recommend Maranatha General Construction to anyone who asks!

Maranatha Contractors has done several projects for us at our home and also at our friends homes. It is an outstanding company. They are very thorough and always timely. Their work is outstanding. They Built a beautiful patio cover for us with lights and fans installed. In addition electrical work, install fans for my bathroom and also done full attic insulation replacement. Molding in the living area. They also have done tile work on the front of our home. I can’t list all the things they have done. Andy is honest, reliable and has great workers that are dedicated to getting the job done.
