Unit fixed! Unfortunately never got a call when unit was repaired for me to come pick it up, and I had to call inquiring about the unit. It work well now though!

Great service, fixed our espresso machine the next day and was clear about cost and schedule.

Broken and unfulfilled promises. A month without the unit and not a call back. Working with the vendor of the unit to take disciplinary actions or lose "authorized" title. I caution everyone: do not go here for your repairs.

They service the Saeco espresso machines. Always affordable service and honest when I bring my machine here.

Hi. It's been weeks we took our kitchen aid mixer for diagnostics, and we haven't heard back. We called and returned few to times to the shop and everytime has been closed. Help please!

Can I give them anything less than a 1? I agree with these other people. Their service STINKS. They can fix it ..IF...you give them 2 months. My Bissel carpet cleaner may never come home!!!

Please do not go to this place. I dropped off my vacuum cleaner here for 3 weeks and they did not do anything. I have to take it back and go to another store for service. When I called for status no one answered. Even I left messages nobody answered as well. This store deserved 0 star not even 1.

They fixed my Viking Professional toaster when Viking wouldn’t, and my Porsche coffee maker when two other places had said that it wasn’t fixable.

I brought in my ancient Kitchen Aid mixer after I dropped a glass measuring cup into the bowl while it was running and broke it. The mixer is now fixed and sounds like new. I'm looking forward to baking a batch of hazelnut caramel blondies tomorrow!

Needed a part for my blender. Unfortunately it is discontinued. She didnt have the part. She looked it up for me and gave me a website I could order it from myself. She said it would be cheaper for me. That was so awesome of her. I will definitely bring all my business there!

I have a verry expensive delonghi coffee machine that was not working properly and I brought it here. When he found out I had come from Pleasanton he offered to fix it that afternoon while I waited. My machine got the overhaul, new o-rings, gaskets, a new pump etc all for a fraction of the price for a new machine and it works just like brand new. My coffee tastes great again because of the new pump and the leaking from the water spout is history. This place is a winner.
