Ignacio (crew chief) and his crew swiftly demo'ed and began the remodel process without any issues. Adir would visit the work site each day, answering new questions that we had as well as helping us plan ahead for the next steps. Everything is well explained and he guided through via instructing when to purchase what, sequence and dependency of work, why we resolve issue this way etc. Therefore, I have a clear idea of what's going on and what to expect. 2) Accountability & professionlism. When encountered issues the team is able to quickly find resolutions and keep pushing the progress. Also, Adir doesn't have the tendency to over-commit things to please the clients as I normally see the pitfalls others do. Therefore, I trust everything he said and all the work the team does. I value it a lot as I don't need to worry about work quality, keep checking in or 2nd guessing/confirming what will happen.

We had a small, outdated galley kitchen with very little storage or usable counter space. Adir helped us come up with a design that completely transformed the space. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Ignacio and his crew did fantastic work and were all very detail oriented.
