Exceptional Pool Cleaning Service!

Optimum provides weekly pool maintenance as well as one off repairs and replacements as needed. Great to work with and highly recommend.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Christin from Optimum Pool & Spa. We hired him last June to maintain our pool. One of the first things he did was to clean the cartridge and in doing that he put it on our wood panel and broke the panel. Then we asked him to replace our pump. He really struggled with the pump. First he could not get a Pentair which he had quoted us and got a  STA-RITE, without clarifying this. He only mentioned that he could not get the white color and we need to get the black one. STA-RITE is not the same as Pentair, but he charged us for Pentair. Then he had a really hard time to do the job itself. First he got the wrong 3 way valve, then he could not get the electric panel, then the wrong circuit breaker, so for almost three weeks we had him coming and going to do the job. Even during the installation of the pump I could see him video chatting with another person to ask questions. The other major issue was his assistant who could not speak even a single word in English. Once that I wanted to make sure he would lock the safety guard so my toddler could not get in. I had to bring someone else to tell this in Spanish to the person cleaning my pool. Then finally he recently took our sweeper for maintenance without telling or checking with us. The pool was clean and the water was clear and the sweeper was doing fine. He took it and then sent us some pictures that the sweeper needs this and that and would cost 280$. I told him to bring it back and since then it is not working. I got a new Polaris 280 sweeper and now he is asking for 45$ to install it.

Optimum Pool & Spa has been one of the best pool services we have ever had in 20 years! Christian is dedicated and hard-working, he has attention to detail, and is committed to customer service.

I contacted multiple vendors to make repairs to my cedar tub's spa controller and heater and Christian was the fastest and most courteous response I received.

Christian inspected and replaced my unit for a very reasonable price. He is honest, hard working and intellectually curious. He did not try to upcharge me for parts, but instead showed me where to order the parts. Once the part arrived he came back and installed the system for me and everything worked flawlessly.

I mentioned Christian's intellectual curiosity because he is fascinated with electronics and is currently learning more about them so he can offer services beyond typical spa repair services. As a homeowner, I have found that oftentimes it is the control boards of various appliances that go bad and not the entire unit. With supply shortages, the ability to repair electronics instead of the usual rip and replace will be a great skill.

His assistant Jorge is also very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely flexible and worked around my convoluted schedule.

The owner, Christian, is a very professional, trustworthy, decent human being who truly cares about his customers, the quality of workmanship and reliability on appointments.
I’ve been using his services for some time now and everything has been seamless, clean and well taken care of.
I used to do all the chemicals myself but realized this is a job for professionals who know what they’re doing.

Optimum has kept our pool clean and looking great for years. When the pool pump died, they were able to recommend and quickly install a new one right away.

I found this company by reading many reviews and calling multiple places for quotes. The whole experience with DWES was great! Daryl quoted me half what the other guys were charging, had availability that worked for me, was on time, super professional, overall did a great job. I will be using him again, I cannot recommend highly enough!

I opted for some area rug and carpet cleaning from DWES enterprise. He was really friendly and professional when scheduling the appointment, showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our rugs and carpet. We had forgotten the original colors of our rugs, the cleaning process did wonders for us. No more smelly/stained carpets and rugs. Would highly recommend this business.

Responsive via his website, which is great BTW and why we elected to go with him since he has so many videos of him in action. Great price, was super curteous, made a massive difference in the carpets (we have pets). All of them looked like new. His van is emmaculate which tells you allot about Darryl, he produces amazing results at a competitive price.

He is also a local small business owner, we need more like him and less of the big brands/chains taking over. High standards and customer services always come from the SMB in our backyard.

We will be bring him back to help is summer with more cleaning.

10/28/21 - Needed a studio cleaned for new tenant. Darryl responded in under an hour and was able to swing by later that day for an estimate. His team did an excellent job and I am extremely satisfied.

I will be definitely using DWES in the future and recommending DWES to anyone needing cleaning servies in the bay area.

DWES service was really professional from start to finish. Darryl asked all the relevant questions both our property and the service needed and showed up on time. We got messages to alert us of timings. He helped to move things around and went room to room and cleaned really well. Would def recommend.
