He got approval from our warranty provider on the same day, and they ordered the new system promptly. Within a few days, Same Day Air-conditioning arrived to complete the installation. The technician worked efficiently, finishing within 4 hours. Throughout the process, Nate remained professional, showed respect for our home, and left everything clean. We were astonished that the entire ordeal was resolved in just one week.

I had an excellent experience with this home services business from start to finish. Nate, the service supervisor, was exceptional - providing top-notch guidance every step of the way. The technicians who visited initially were professional and efficient in their attempts to repair my old furnace, and today's replacement job was equally impressive. Their perfect installation was completed quickly, with no damage to my floors or walls. They even took away the old furnace safely.

However, I'm giving them five stars despite some issues with American Home Shield customer service. Unfortunately, they failed to respond to my inquiries about their pricing for the new furnace, leaving me with a substantial bill that's nearly 50% of the purchase price.

Sam is extremely polite, professional, and efficient, fixing the issue quickly while providing honest advice. He genuinely went above and beyond. The company's customer service, however, needs improvement - our phone call was unprofessional. If we need to hire again, only Technician Sam will do.
