These maniacs drive through the SHARED parking lot like there isn't people going in and out of the Miche God restaurant. Going to run someone over one day

Frustrating. Why can't they pick up the phone or get back to you? There are so many other pool services to chooses from.

We had an overall excellent experience with Manny and Christian at Pool & Spa Builders. There were several unexpected hurdles we encountered during our remodeling that Pool & Spa Builders helped us navigate – including us switching from the scammy general contractor we started with and other inspections impacting this job. Throughout it all, Manny's team remained patient, understanding, and fair, working with us to solve hurdle and get us to the point we were dreaming about - a wonderful pool and hot tub that we enjoy every day!

Do not use this company, their main business is extortion!!!! They will try to charge you for permits that are not required. And when you question it, their receptionist, Ashley, will yell at you.
STAY AWAY

This company is a fraud stay away, they will extort money out of you and provide you with no services. Customer service is horrible all they do is scream at you if they cannot get their way, spend your money somewhere else.
Also, check Yelp.

I paid $40 down that Lowe’s sent them in. Inspector told me it’s going to be a basic installation of $95. When they send final documents to Lowe’s they asked for $500! What a joke! Stay away!

Same experience as others who posted. Out of nowhere, told our installation will cost extra $305. Am writing Sears to add to the hordes of people telling them not to use this company.

Totally a rip off company! I would give it a 0 star if I could. I should have read the review before I used them. They were sent by home depot to install my stove top. The quoted price from home depot was $150, then when they came, they wanted $345 additional to get it done. Being charged $495 total for this. If I knew this, my handy man would be able to do it for me for half the price. Avoid this company.

i don't want to give this company even a one star. worst company. they told me the dishwasher we bought would not fit the space. then they told us they would not return it until they had another pick up from that location. they dishwashers are all the same size and it should fit. this is crazy. they were late on coming also. if sears tells you they have a company to install, say no. we paid 134 for this company and it is actually only 98 thru our personal plumber. however they are holding on to our dishwasher. we don't even have it!!!! it is our property that we paid for. we will be doing whatever we can to make sure this business looses the license to do business. if you hear this company name run for the hills

Got these guys assigned to me by Amazon!! They upsold me on the idea that my air gap was done wrong and they would have to redo it, for an additional fee beyond the installation. Not 6 months later the cap blew off the airgap and the dishwasher will not drain. And of course you cannot get them on the phone. Otherwise great experience. I had a dishwasher that worked for 14 years.

I bought appliances from Sears and they used ATI to install. They completely gouged me on additional "modifications" for every appliance. If you order anything from Sears, us your own installer or just go somewhere else.
