The staff were very polite and professional. Our cooler installation was quick and the plumbers thoroughly answered all of my questions concerning maintenance of the new cooler. Dave Jr and Johnny did an awesome job fixing our leak under the house! They were professional and motivated! They were direct and fair with their pricing. No BS, just straight forward with the options and very affordable rates. We were quoted almost $1800 more from a different plumbing company for the same job just the day before. Something didn't feel right with that company so we decided to call API for a different quote. Sure enough, we were being way over charged by the other company! We are so glad that we ended up calling API instead! We will definitely be using API for any work we need done in the future!

We had just moved into our new house, when we tried to do our first load of laundry the garage flooded. Nate at United was able to come out pretty quickly. He communicated very fast and had the clog cleared in no time. He double checked everything was running smoothly before taking off. Cannot reccomend enough!

I had a leak under my house on a Saturday! I was pleasantly surprised to have Pistol Pete come out and repair not only the same day but also totally affordable and quick! I highly recommend!!

Our drain had a clog and called and he was out here in less than 30 mins. Ran his snake and now have a clear running drain! Very, very reasonable price he charged. Definitely recommend!

I have used Pistol Pete’s many times now and they have always made me feel as though my plumbing needs were a priority. Their communication and family values show in their work ethic. They treat you like family. I have several properties and have needed everything from unclogging a sink to ripping out walls and concrete and installing new lines and clean outs. I am very thankful for their honesty and quality of work.

I had to call for a plumber on Sunday morning, because I had an employee drop their keys down the drain. I called Pistol Pete's to see if they could come out, and they said they were in Bakersfield for a few hours for mass service. They told me they would contact me when they were on their way. I told them this was important, so I would wait. I waited all day, just for them to ghost me. They never contacted me, and I even sent them a message asking if they were coming. They then had the audacity to message me in the afternoon, asking if I was able to get my keys out. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even one star is too good for this place.
