Prompt, efficient and excellent work.

I called Matt yesterday with a rental property furnace problem, He showed up the next day and fixed it. What a great experience

- Left a VM. Got a call back about a week later at the end of the week. Matt (assuming is the owner) said he would call me on Monday morning and let me know what time he'll be there, tentatively in the morning.

- No call no show on Monday. Called on Tuesday morning, he called back at 9am and said he needed to stop by a job and then he would head our way. No call no show.

There is no way to get ahold of anyone directly as they only have an answering service. He does not appear to care about other peoples time or schedules.

Best plumbers, I have a rental business and use Norris Plumbing all the time. Matt i
s extremely knowledgeable. On 4 occasions i have been told by other plumbers that water heaters need to be replaced and i called in Matt and he was able to fix them.

Norris is a local small company that I have happily called my plumbing and heating company for 4 years. Matt takes his time figuring out the problem and is successful when he makes the repairs. He is also very fair priced. I highly recommend this company.

Matt Norris is the Best! He will make every effort to repair what is broken, goes above and beyond most other plumbers, and does it right! We have used him for tons of projects at our Tahoe home - as we bought an older place that had been neglected for years. He has saved us buckets of money by fixing what could be fixed and replacing what needed to be replaced - and he is very fair with his pricing and billable hours. We love him!

Daniel arrived the same day I requested service. He answered my questions about the process and completed the drain service promptly.

Rory was great! He came out only minutes of having a plumbing emergency and found the issue quick. He was attentive and informative.

I called at 7 am on a Saturday for a clogged sewer line. Jesse was out and the job done by 10:45. I can now get on with my regular life. Very professional business.

Jesse is knowledgeable, but also a very nice, likeable person. He was respectful, listened and answered all my questions. Pumped and serviced our septic and augured the toilet plumbing.

The couldn’t fix the issue at the visit as they diagnosed it was likely a broken sewer pipe. They went above and beyond and located the break to within 6 inches no extra charges. I would have had them fix the break if they didn’t have to wait a few days for the call before you dig. So I as the owner fixed it and could not have done so without their locate and advice.

Rory came as soon as he could.
There were a couple glitches there timewise he explained things to me.
So I could understand them.

Excellent customer service especially for the Tahoe area. We recently remodeled our place but one toliet started to leak. I couldn't get hold of our contractor(which is normal for Tahoe) and it was so close to the new year eve. I found Rooter Man plumbing on google and called them. To my surprise, they said that the could come the next day at 9am. For those who don't live in the tahoe area, people have no idea how difficult to get anything done. Some businesses either don't call you back or schedule visits weeks out.

Later in the evening, my contractor called me back. Since the place is still under warranty, I texted Rooter Man plumbing to see if I could cancel their visit. Again to my surprise, they agreed without getting upset at me.

Even though I didn't get to use their service but the experience has already exceeded my expectation. I am so happy that I found a reliable business in Tahoe and will be sure to call them the next time.

Jesse was a total pro! Took care of the problem and gave me information I needed to make a decision on a way forward! Will definitely use RooterMan again.

Poor communication, charged final payment without permission and then tried to school me on estimates. I tried to explain that I approved the deposit, but never gave permission to use same payment method for final payment. He was rude to say the least.

They answered the phone when I called. Most businesses these days won't do that. They showed up as they said they would right in the middle of the holiday week and took care of my root clogged sewer. Two other local plumbers wouldn't even think about it. The man I dealt with was very direct and got the job done.
My only complaint was the price was kind of high. But again, no one else even offered to look at it.
