What started as a small project, expanded as they found made some good suggestions and also found and corrected a few issues along the way. Their pricing was very reasonable and they seemed both knowledgeable and experienced. I would hire them again for sure!

We gutted the bathroom out to the studs. We didn’t have any use for the bathtub so we removed it and installed a huge 2alk-in shower with a beautiful bench, which is super handy and comfortable. They are very meticulous, & we are very picky ,we couldn't have done a better job ourselves. Great workmanship.

I can honestly say that I'll never use another company for remodels ever again! The management and staff at Milanco superceded my expectations in all departments. They remodeled my bathroom in spectacular fashion and didn't drain my bank account in the process! Their contractors were on time, polite, and respectful (my two dogs even loved them!) and they never once felt like an intrusion on our home. My bathroom started off with a carpeted floor (yuck), ugly wallpaper, and a super dated clawfoot tub... now, it feels like a hidden Oasis I can escape to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ☆☆☆☆☆

My kitchen was redone to accommodate my family and my bathroom is big enough to where we don't have to bump into each other anymore.
