I had my Master Bathroom, half bathroom and entire floors remodeled by Michael and his team. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful result!!! They were on time every day, worked within my budget and finished within my timeline. Highly recommend Mitrani!!!

Working with Mitrani was such a pleasant experience. Everything was taken care of and we were notified prior to every visit. We felt extremely comfortable all along. Everything was left clean and we were extremely satisfied with the work. We love our new kitchen. Extra thanks to Mark!!

Mitrani Construction did an excellent job on our new kitchen. They gave us a good price and we are happy with the results. Our kitchen looks amazing. I would highly recommend Mitrani Construction for any kind of home improvement projects.

They make hundreds of calls to the same people over and over again harassing them several times a day and then they don't even bother to show up if they do get an appointment the guy tries to over charge you for SHOTTY craftsmanship low quality materials and an attitude that you are less of a person than the mitrani people are

Stop cold calling and harassing people on the phone. Not a good way to do business

Will not stop spam calling me no matter how many times I tell them to stop. If they can't even take me off a marketing list, how can you trust the actual build quality?

Completely unprofessional, work was started back in June of last year and has not been finished my paper work said it should have been done July of 2022. No calls have been answered no voicemails have been returned my grandparents are now forced to sleep in their living room since they left their hallway ripped apart. I have gotten to the point of contacting an attorney.

Cold callers that spam you. Completely unprofessional.

Recently, I had my kitchen updated. I made the mistake of taking the bait when Mitrani cold called me for a "Father's Day Special" for a kitchen remodel. The job would include cabinet refinishing, painting and installation of a new range hood.

I told the rep, Michael, from Mitrani's Palo Alto office repeatedly, that I wanted a licensed electrician to install my newly purchased range hood. He promised that would be done. But without informing me, their painters took down my old hood and installed the new one without my permission. Most importantly, a safety bracket for the fan wasn't even installed on the back of the wall. The range hood could have fallen and injured someone- very dangerous! When I showed Michael the problem, he insisted that that hood had been installed correctly and the hood would not fall down. He even had the audacity to try and upsell me at the same time and sign on for another job with them to change out all of my countertops since now they "looked bad" and didn't match the new cabinets.

I contacted the manufacturer the next day and was told that if the safety bracket hadn't been installed, I should not operate the fan. Also, the distance between the stove grate and the bottom of the cabinet door should be 32", mine was only 28." I had to get another contractor to come in and modify the cabinet doors. Luckily, the manufacturer was able to find a factory trained technician who came quickly and took down the wrongly installed fan. He then reinstalled it with care and efficiency.

I had to pay for the extra labor and time, not to mention the stress and aggravation. I communicated this to Michael, at Mitrani, who suddenly became completely unresponsive to my phone calls or text messages. All of this could have been avoided had Mitrani's people paid attention to my request in the first place. What really infuriated me was that they didn't bother to tell the painters to read the manual! It was a safety issue that they blatantly ignored.

I would definitely not have work done by this company in the future and no not recommend them to anyone. Their shoddy work should not be tolerated. My advice is to stay away from slick sales people- I learned my lesson the hard way.

Beware. This company makes sales calls without first checking if the number they are calling is on the national do not call list, as required by law. If they are willing to break this law, what other laws do they ignore? Beware!

I left a review on Monday Dec.1 2025 in regards of the supposedly free estimate on my roof it was just to get a estimate to check if there was a leak somewhere.
The person who came over never took a look at the roof, no photos nothing telling me that a new roof was needed and the next thing I hear let's go inside for it was cold outside.. Seriously? I invited him in and thank goodness my brother was home with me this person was checking my home out and refused to cover his shoes with provided booties he saw $$$ when surveillance glances at my home he saw $$$ next thing I was doing was writing a check for 1,000.00 down payment on new roof was to be estimated 30 grand and work would start the next day.
I was so unnerved that I knew I made a huge mistake. I called my Bank and stopped payment on the check immediately and called Mitrani to cancel the roofing job he would not take "No" i said my brother said "No" to any work and the cost was way too much.
I left the review that night and received a call from the company owner requesting for me to remove it for it could hurt his business and he has a family.
Look It was not intended to hurt his business but to make clients aware of my uncomfortable situation. He asked b again to remove the review so I removed the original review and I am sorry I did it.
Today,Wednesday I had a professional roofer recommended by my Realtor out and to inspect the roof he took photos from every angle and he showed me and my brother that the roof was perfect with no leaks or damages and if a roof was needed it would cost me 8 thousand possibly in 10 years compared to a insane 30 grand that was unheard of no roof cost that much.
I am sorry just being honest here this was a scam in the works and thank goodness I saw it.
This company is rated highly and many satisfied customers that is wonderful to read but,I am upset over the fact I was scammed by the person who represented Mitrani Construction who was very persistent and I fell for it.
The owner that was called was extremely apologetic and respectful by saying what can i do for you? I replied nothing just train your employees to have professional manners show respect to owners proper wishes before entering a home.
A free estimate was all I wanted.
A real company takes photos ..this company did not and,I do not need a new roof.
I refuse to take this post down again this time infact, when I took the original down because the owner asked me to that was"A Red Flag Sign"...he knew...
I do not want anything to do with this company nor do I want anything in return.
My neighbors were very shocked to know what I went through my Realtor as well.
New roofing at 30 grand is absurd.
I was scammed.
My bank is on high alert and so is my complex alerted as well.
