This is my go to place for all my remodels, gives my remodels that extra touch I need to make them stand out, staff is great very knowledgeable to help me stay in budget and deliver quality.

used them. I highly recommend "My House".

I have purchased California kitchen faucet Model name: Corsano Culinary K51-150 and a water filter faucet K50 from
My House Plumbing in Tarzana. I have paid for the faucet $ 565
and for the filter faucet $ 160.
The 2 faucets were installed by my professional plumber which serving all my properties. The filter faucet is leaking.
The Sink faucet has a unique design, however AFTER it was installed We have noticed that the spout arch is too narrow and too close
to the edge of the sink, which means while you wash dishes the water splash all over. I have called the store and requested exchange of the product but they referred me back to the manufacture.
Unfortunately Ca faucet did not want to exchange, nor to refund my money as well.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Beware of their policy. Home depot, Lows
would exchange much cheaper products, this store charges much more
but will not guarantee customer satisfaction.
Would not recommend this products and the store whatsoever!!!!
I have spent $ 900 (air gap + dish soap) but yet very disappointed!

My House is the best in the valley! Showroom is beautiful, location is central to everything. Eddie and the team are amazing, they're a family business. Customer service is the best, and they are extremely knowledgable in all things plumbing fixtures and hardware.

Thank Yossi for your volunteering installing the dishwasher, It was est hard task but the technician was stubborn and fixed all the problems along the why. Put the machin and smiles. Very kind and found the solution 😀. Am so happy and thankful for your fantastic care.

I had a broken faucet in the master bathroom and called them to replace (already purchased a faucet). On the way to the bathroom I showed Alex our water heater which had a leak- he said "it's very complicated to fix that leak. we have to flush the tank etc." & offered to schedule an additional appointment for the next day (I'll come back to this)..

We went to the bathroom and he opened the vanity doors to start replacing the faucet and said "it's not good news! this building is old" and recommended replacing the Angle stops too. Then he said that I need a new P-trap because mine was broken & I said that it's okay, I'm good with how it is. After 15 minutes I come back to check on the work and see that he is replacing my P-trap. I asked why and he said "it's on me. it was leaking". I store toilet paper under this P-trap and can assure you it wasn't leaking.
To make the experience more unsettingly, he didnt even check the water to see if it's running & turns out he left the hot water hose tangled so there was no water coming out. We had to wait until Monday for someone to come back and fix it. A different guy did come by on Monday and he even mentioned it was odd that the hose was tangled since Alex (our original tech) was a manager...

As for the water heater leak, he gave me an estimate of $475 and for the Angle stop $175.

Right from the start I did not trust this guy. He was calling out issues left and right from the moment he stepped into our home giving inflated estimates. To verify if my feelings were correct, I called a few other plumbers, and one of them showed up the same day, fixed my heater leak in 10 minutes and charged $250. Also i asked him to check under my sink and he did not see a reason to replace the Angle spots.

I can understand if you miss something (although a tangled hose is so basic to leave) and need to come back to fix it. But the price gouging and aggressive sales is unacceptable.

Joe is incredible! He fixed my shower valve and replaced my water heater. Very conscientious and responsible. These guys have been my plumbers for years and I trust them to do a great job at a very reasonable price. Hard working and good people. I highly recommend them.

Jacob did an excellent job replacing our bathroom faucet , he was very knowledgeable and professional , and also vey friendly and kind individual. I will recommend him highly.

I was very impressed with the work JMS has provided. They arrived on time to the appointment and immediatly started covering surfaces with plastic which helped keep the dust to mainly one room. They located the leak (which was not easy to find), fixed it with the best materials, and made sure to clean up after themselves really well. I found Joe, the owner, to care about his clients, as he was trying to find the least costly path for this job. I felt that I can trust that the job is done well with the best materials.
