After 12 years in the California City area, these folks are the only ones in this region worth calling! Their quality of workmanship and professionalism is absolutely impeccable! I've had them come out quite a few times for various issues. They are honest, affordable, and professional! It is nice to know they're not going to rip you off because you have a lack of plumbing knowledge.

John was awesome. He saved me a few hundred $$. Made an appointment to have a leaking fireplace key valve replaced. After sending him pics of the valve location, he called me up and gave me verbal instructions on how to fix it. The repair worked like a charm. That is a great example of his honesty in my book. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him for all of my plumbing concerns.

If I could put 10 stars, I would. This is an exceptional company. I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.

POMPANO BEACH FLORIDA
We called John the Plumber to snake our sink, in Pompano Beach Florida. It turned out the problem was way more severe and involved the pipes in our building. They came out a second day to to get to the root of the problem. They were supposed to send us a quote later that day for this very big job to fix the problem. The next day (Friday) they still didn't send the quote. Our Board member requested on Monday. Still nothing. My husband called Tuesday, they had the actual plumber call back and he promised the quote by the next morning. Absolutely no quote 10 days later. It was a very expensive job and I'm very shocked at their disinterest.

Fencing guys broke an irrigation line. Guy came out within two hours of calling. Fixed it in under an hour and the bill was under 200 bucks. Was pretty pleased with service and price.

Company wasted their time as well as mine. Did a walk through. Swore it was a “easy fast job” and they just needed to write up a quick quote. I called and asked about the status multiple times before just giving up.

Why come out here and waste time and resources, to not even make a quote… or have the decency to say you don’t want to accept a certain job?

This business model will not last and will upset more than it will build relationships. Go with the slightly more expensive but MUCH better service option in town! Learn some respect !

Quick and knowledgeable. From the gal who picked up the phone to the gentleman who came to help us with our problem, they took an otherwise stressful situation and were able to handle it quickly and efficiently and they put me at ease. Very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use again in the future.

Major Plumbing, turn up when they say they will. They are polite and explain what they are going to. Then when the job is done they explain what they did without any patronising mansplaining. They are my go to firm for plumbing. FYI They installed a frost free bib in my yard.

I had a great experience with Henry from Major Plumbing! He was incredibly polite, honest, and professional from start to finish. Henry took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood the work involved. His service was excellent, and the job was done right. I highly recommend Major Plumbing. They just finished installing a tankless water heater. The process couldn't have been smoother. From the first phone call to the moment the tech left, they were very professional. Conner showed up on time, answered a million questions in detail, and made sure we were happy with the work. Very professional and dedicated to doing a quality job. Overall, a great company.

We called Major Plumbing for some very neglected leaks that we needed fixed.
They made an appointment right away. Sent out information on the plumber they were sending. Communication was great! They sent out reminders of the appointment. Love that kind of communication!
Logan came out to a mess, more serious than we thought. He was so kind on explaining everything. Our leak turned out to be more than expected and was leaking in the walls! Logan would not leave even though our time was up until we had no leaks in the house. He was prepared and had everything he needed with him for this unexpected issue. I am happy to say Logan did it! He fixed out problem and made lifetime customers of us!

Posting for a friend that had Major Plumming do jobs for their house.
1st. They installed a new kitchen faucet which was already purchased by the homeowner. This company also found one leaking pipe and so friend had them replace both of the shut off valves. And they did carry the needed material in their van, so it was finished quickly.
2nd. When family came to visit...toilet got backed up. And M.P. was quick to respond, this guy figured something else must have fallen into the toilet that made it more difficult to clear out. But they got it cleared and then did a check to make sure all pipes were draing well! And this man also hosed off all the cement where the clean out pipe drained on to the cement in back of house! Cleans up all the mess of germs, kudos!
3rd Leaky bathroom faucet. Was able to get an appt. within days of the call. This guy also found very old plumming problems, and so he had to replace the old faucet, he had to go to Hm. Depo to find a comparable replacement. Since each job was done well, this friend has no complaints only thanks for good service and workers who take pride in their work, and show respect for their clients. Thank you Major Plumming! I recommend them.

I contacted them on Monday and Conner showed up right on time on Tuesday. He removed and replaced the toilet in the master bathroom quickly. I highly recommend Conner and Major Plumbing I’ve changed many toilets in my life just didn’t feel like doing that anymore.
