Had a water leak at the main line coming into the home, three foot underground. It was beyond my plumbing repairs skills, so we called John. He was friendly, courteous, and started a repair quickly. Within an hour, it was done, just waiting on the glues to dry.

And his price was far more than fair: less than I expected to pay for an "emergency" call, I would recommend anyone needing a good, competent professional plumber call John.

John is the best plumber you could ever need. We called him to pump out our septic tank that was under a concrete car port. His crew showed up on time and performed all the work in a very professional manner. Half way through cutting out the concrete, we had an offer to buy a home accepted and we asked John to certify our system. John added on this responsibility with no interruption in the work schedule. A major glitch came up in finishing the job because of the placement of the tank. John came up with an excellent solution and, again, there was no interruption in the work schedule. In fact, John performed the detailed final work himself. Being a retired contractor, I know how expensive changes to the job can be. But John charged us very little for all we asked. In short, they performed the work in a timely, professional manner and showed up every day, completing the job extremely well. Wish I could take John to Arizona with me.

Very professional, and quality work! Also, very affordable and friendly, too. If I ever need a plumber again, without a doubt, I'll be calling them! I'm incredibly pleased with their service. What I thought might be a nightmare, was resolved like a dream!!

We were having toilet issues and Mark with "John The Plumber" came out twice to help us out. We wanted two new toilets installed so he recommended a couple of models for us to purchase. We set up an appointment for the install and voila... no more issues. I love being able to support local businesses in particular when they do a stellar job. John and his crew have been nothing but amazing for our household. They have come out on multiple occasions, sometimes on very short notice, to take care of issues that as a single mom could have otherwise been very stressful!!!! The prices of his services have always been more than economical, and EVERYONE that I have dealt with in their company has always been extremely friendly and knowledgable. I've had them come out quite a few times for various issues. They are honest, affordable, and professional! It is nice to know they're not going to rip you off because you have a lack of plumbing knowledge.

John was awesome. He saved me a few hundred $$. Made an appointment to have a leaking fireplace key valve replaced. After sending him pics of the valve location, he called me up and gave me verbal instructions on how to fix it. The repair worked like a charm. That is a great example of his honesty in my book. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him for all of my plumbing concerns.

If I could put 10 stars, I would. This is an exceptional company. I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.

POMPANO BEACH FLORIDA
We called John the Plumber to snake our sink, in Pompano Beach Florida. It turned out the problem was way more severe and involved the pipes in our building. They came out a second day to to get to the root of the problem. They were supposed to send us a quote later that day for this very big job to fix the problem. The next day (Friday) they still didn't send the quote. Our Board member requested on Monday. Still nothing. My husband called Tuesday, they had the actual plumber call back and he promised the quote by the next morning. Absolutely no quote 10 days later. It was a very expensive job and I'm very shocked at their disinterest.

Fencing guys broke an irrigation line. Guy came out within two hours of calling. Fixed it in under an hour and the bill was under 200 bucks. Was pretty pleased with service and price.

Company wasted their time as well as mine. Did a walk through. Swore it was a “easy fast job” and they just needed to write up a quick quote. I called and asked about the status multiple times before just giving up.

Why come out here and waste time and resources, to not even make a quote… or have the decency to say you don’t want to accept a certain job?

This business model will not last and will upset more than it will build relationships. Go with the slightly more expensive but MUCH better service option in town! Learn some respect !

Quick and knowledgeable. From the gal who picked up the phone to the gentleman who came to help us with our problem, they took an otherwise stressful situation and were able to handle it quickly and efficiently and they put me at ease. Very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use again in the future.

Major Plumbing, turn up when they say they will. They are polite and explain what they are going to. Then when the job is done they explain what they did without any patronising mansplaining. They are my go to firm for plumbing. FYI They installed a frost free bib in my yard.

I highly recommend Major Plumbing. They just finished installing a tankless water heater. The process couldn't have been smoother. From the first phone call to the moment the tech left, they were very professional. Conner showed up on time, answered a million questions in detail, and made sure we were happy with the work. They made an appointment right away. Sent out information on the plumber they were sending. Communication was great! They sent out reminders of the appointment. Love that kind of communication!
Logan came out to a mess, more serious than we thought. He was so kind on explaining everything. Our leak turned out to be more than expected and was leaking in the walls! Logan would not leave even though our time was up until we had no leaks in the house. He was prepared and had everything he needed with him for this unexpected issue. I am happy to say Logan did it! He fixed out problem and made lifetime customers of us!
