All I can say is WOW. Super easy to schedule, they arrived on time with the parts needed to fix the microwave, very fair price and super nice people to have in your home. Highly recommend.

Jorge was awesome. He is very responsive. He accommodated me. Over all great experience and to work with.

I have used SoCal Appliance a couple of times and they are outstanding! Jorge goes above and beyond to ensure my appliances are fixed quickly and working properly. This last time he came out and did servicing on both my washer and dryer, replacing a few parts and was done so quickly! I couldn’t recommend them more.

Responded quickly to my service request. Kept me updated as to arrival & follow up service call. Work was completed as promised.

Jorge did a great job repairing my oven, he diagnosed the problem very quickly and we haven't had any problems since. This was the best experience we've had with an appliance repair company, I won't hesitate to call them again.

I can't say enough about Jorge and SoCal Appliance Co.. I have called Jorge for our refrigerator and washer. The first time I called him years ago for our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and didn't charge me for the advice. He even told me the exact part to order on Amazon. It was a switch that I was able to install. The second time I needed my refrigerator to be repaired I had lost their number and called other companies. They all told me to just buy a new fridge. After finally finding Jorge's number, they were able to fix it at a very reasonable price. They also fixed my washer twice. The first time was also fixed at a reasonable price and the second time was such an easy fix that he didn't charge me.. Jorge has consistently come through for us. They're very courteous, honest, on time and care about their customers. I would strongly recommend them anytime. Thank you!!!!

I called SoCal Appliance Company on a Sunday evening in April and spoke to Jorge. I explained the repair that I needed and he came out the very next morning and changed out my drain pump in my washing machine. He was very professional, kind, & reliable. I’m pretty sure he added me into his already busy schedule for that day and I appreciated it so much! Thank you Jorge!

They recently repaired my dryer and did an excellent job! The service was fast, and the dryer is working perfectly now. Jorge was great, he’s not only skilled but also very kind. He took the time to explain everything to my teenage son, who’s really into tech, which we really appreciated. Honest, trustworthy, and excellent communication throughout the process. George was amazing and does fantastic work!! My dryer went out Thursday night and he was able to squeeze me in on Friday so we could get to all the laundry that had pilled up for the weekend. George did a wonderful job communication with me to let me know when he would be finishing with other clients and when I could expect him at my home. Great service!! Great prices!! Call George!!

These guys are the best--their 5 stars on over 700 over reviews are legit. Don't pay for Best Buy, whoever to install--order the appliance delivered and have these guys install for you--they did an amazing job with our microwave.
