Called and scheduled a service call with them. They hit some unexpected delays and asked if we could wait until after the weekend. I called Mr Appliance because my Samsung top load washer was throwing an out of balance error and would not complete the spin cycle. They were able to get someone out in about an hour. Jacob arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts in his truck and had my washer repaired within 90 minutes of walking in the door. He explained to me what was wrong and what caused the issue.
