Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had from a service provider. You should avoid using this firm at all costs.
They never answer their phone!!! I got an appointment with them through sears and they never showed up. I called and left multiple messages and they never called me back. Come to fine out they cancelled my appointment because they said I didn't answer when they called. I didn't get a call from them ever! so frustrating!!!
BEWARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! After over a month of Tom, their technician, coming to my home trying to repair my refrigerator and charging me $385, he was at a complete loss as to how to fix the problem. Their office is a disgrace, the owner, Anna, never returned my calls, forcing me to deal with their only employee, June, who was inept, incompetent and could care less whether my refrigerator was fixed. I am now going to purchase a new refrigerator. This company deserves 0 stars!
This is the second missed service call. I'm making sure Sears finds a different subcontractor next time. You can't even call them directly since their inbox is always full.
Technician took apart freezer to find out what's wrong and said he needed approval from home warranty to fix. Home warranty hasn't heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars.
