Being new to Southern California, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a reliable and professional electrician. Walter was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. His customer service was top-notch, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I’ll definitely be using Faith Electric Group’s services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work and honest service.

Able came out to my home. He was very knowledgeable and stayed in communication with my staff and I he checked everything thoroughly and even did a recap when it was time to complete. I recommend Able.

The crew that came out to install our Tesla charger couldn't have been any more professional. They showed up on time, looked extremely squared away, and each of the installers looked me in the eyes, introduced themselves, and shook my hand. This is very rare in today's society. If I could give then 10 stars, I would!

Faith Electrical Group was highly professional in the fine work they did and in coordinating the appointment and keeping us informed on arrival time. The job was to replace six smoke detectors and Axel, the technician, not only did that but pointed out and corrected some previous deficiencies.

The company was great in a tight window situation. Their communication was great. They were upfront about pricing. The only suggestion that I would make is to incorporate the dispatch fee into the cost of the work being done. I understand that costs have gone up and I am not unhappy with anything. It is just a suggestion.
