Ryan and his team installed a 220V outlet for our dryer and an exterior outlet on our new house. They were early, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. The job was finished in about 2hrs for much less than I thought I was going to pay and the craftsmanship and work was second to none. I will be using their services again very soon!

I highly recommend Ryan Deeds and Lock and Alert! The builder for my home installed terrible lights that broke every time I tried to swap them out. As an attorney I have very high expectations and limited time, but knew I had to either hire an electrician to replace these lights, or else risk slicing my hand open on a monthly basis. Lock and Alert counted my lights, sourced an improved version, and installed within a single morning. It was over 60 lights and everything works great. Plus, Ryan has a great sense of humor and is genuinely fun to talk to. Don’t settle for constant risk of injury from cheap lights. Hire Lock and Alert!

Can’t say enough great things on this company. I had an issue where my mom’s casita was without power. Ryan stated he couldn’t come out for two days because of other jobs and because it was a holiday. This power outage all happened in the middle of the night. Ryan came the next day after hours to help get it fixed. Using an expert makes all the difference. He was able to fix the issue in 20 minutes and was more than reasonable on price. If you need a great electrician these are the guys.

Lock and Alert Electric installed some canned lights (about 8) in my record store which included them removing the old style of lighting that was there before. They did a fantastic job and kept the workplace clean. They also provided suggestions on where the lights should go and gave me feedback on why what I had in mind may not have been the best place for me to place the lights. They are incredibly honest and respect the space that they work in. They want to make sure that the customer feels comfortable and will be up front about all positives and negative things to keep in mind. I have since used them twice and trust me when I say that I will be using them again

Definitely will always refer Ryan with Lock and Alert Electrical. I perviously had another electrician to my salon to put some lights in - but was having trouble with them flickering and two just stoped working! So I contacted Ryan who scheduled with me asap and fixed the issues! Come to find out the last guy didn’t use bushings so the wiring went out And the last guy put my panel in upside down! Ryan also corrected that issue ! They all work perfect also dim to high and low without flickering and I am super pleased with his honesty and work ethic! I 100%trust his work and will have his licensed company back to my home next for some upgrades! Thank you!!!

During the process of a kitchen upgrade, we contacted Ryan about electrically disconnecting our double oven and range hood that were being replaced. We also asked for lighting to be installed for the new upper cabinets during the cabinet installation. Ryan came out on relatively short notice and handled the disconnects quickly and efficiently to meet our schedule needs. He then made arrangements to return and take care of the cabinet lighting installation, working in cooperation with the kitchen cabinet crew, to make the whole project more efficient. Ryan does great quality work, he is pleasant to work with, and works timely and efficiently. I cannot recommend his company highly enough, and we have plenty of other work for them in the future. A great job!

I bought an older house 2 years ago with multiple electrical issues. I have to use light therapy for a medical condition and the circuit breaker would pop after 4 minutes. A friend referred Ryan at Lock and Alert. Ryan came over and gave me an estimate. Ryan and his guys showed up to do the work and I am so impressed. He was able to troubleshoot a multi electrical outlet problem I was having as well as fix some issues with my electrical panel that weren’t to code. So... I was trying to replace a high kw undersink kitchen electric water heater and needed urgent help at the end of the day. Ryan responded promptly and was able to fit me in early the next morning. His professionalism and expertise helped me to troubleshoot my setup and direct me in finding the right type of unit. I had to return the water heater and find a new unit and he was flexible and accommodating in coming back later that same day and working to finish the project. It was a real blessing to find someone who was understanding and able to go the extra mile. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate in calling on them again in the future.

UPDATE: Been fortunate to keep using Ryan's services over the past couple of years and just wanted to re-affirm how awesome it is to be able to trust an electricians technical expertise but also fair pricing. With everything going up in price these days-- it's at least good knowing you're paying for quality and honest work. I continue to use and recommend Lock and Alert without hesitation. He had helped with new interior lights and outlets last year and now an EV charger. If you want things done right at a fair price.. you don't need to look anywhere else.

Ryan and his team are awesome. They installed a Quiet Cool Trident 4.8 Wholehouse Fan in about 1 hour. They work accurately and clean. They had to adjust some of the framing in my attic in order to fit the Fan. After installation Ryan took time to explain how to handle the Fan to me. Pricing is the best and customer service is outstanding. I absolutely recommend the company.
