This was a no call, no show, which is not acceptable. We arranged our schedule around a 9:00 AM service appointment that was booked two weeks in advance. After receiving no communication, we called and were informed that a new system may have caused our appointment details to be lost. This lack of notice and accountability is unacceptable.

I needed an EV charging station installed and picked Source One Electrical. Jeremy showed up right on time and finished the job very quickly and no surprises. Was very happy with the results. .This was done all in one day. Really impressed with their performance.
