Walter and his crew from Faith Electric arrived on time to perform a pre-scheduled inspection of my 40-year old breaker panel and the terminating electrical circuitry of my home. Walter and his crew were very polite, user friendly, nicely/appropriately dressed, professional in their duties, and were very welcoming in my observing their work. Walter was very detailed oriented during his inspection, and pointed out the condition and short-comings of my electrical system. I would give Walter/Faith Electrical a 5-star rating, and will welcome him/them back to followup on the maintenance needs of my electrical system to keep my home safe, functional and brought up to current code.

I called to receive a quote about installing a level 2 EV charger in my garage and overall I can say they had excellent service, communication, and efficiency. They had the best price on my installation by far and Walter was the tech sent out and he did a great job! Very much recommend them for your charging installation needs!

Great customer service. Highly skilled, professional technicians. I hired them once to install an EV charger and again to upgrade my electric panel. Best part about them is they submit all of the applications and coordinate approval from the power company on your behalf while other electricians I got quotes from tried to burden me with paperwork and essentially charge the same price while doing less work.

What a breath of fresh air! Walter came out to our home promptly and went over and above our expectations and even directed us how to overcome some other issues we were having in our home. He came to help us with a faulty breaker, and not only was he knowledgeable but so kind and generous to donate his time. How many times have you been able to say that a service provider was not only exceptional, but also kind, considerate and compassionate? Look no further. Faith Electric is all of that and more. I had called them because of an issue with GFCI outlets under our sink, and Walter was able to diagnose the issue(s) and direct me on testing and troubleshooting over the phone. I think the phone call was about 10 minutes total, and together we were able to understand the issue and resolve it. This was done at no cost to me (I feel a bit guilty over that). Anyway, Faith Electric has a 5.0 rating on Google, and it is well deserved and earned. Try them yourselves - you’ll understand why!

Walter & his team have worked in my house on three separate occasions. They are always on time, extremely patient answering all my questions, very thorough & do great work. We had our electrical panel upgraded in the summer & his team worked diligently to be certain our service was only off for a minimal time so our air conditioner wasn’t off for more than a couple of hours. They worked in 100+ degree heat, but were concerned about our AC being off. I highly recommend you call Faith Electric Group for any electrical work needed.

Walter was punctual. He is a very well kept young man and very polite and respectful. I appreciated that he was so concerned with my safety although I was more concerned with the price. He was very through in his explanations of different alternatives. He is very awesome. The crew that came and did the work was very polite and efficient. The only time I saw them not working was during their lunch break; they put in a full day work every time they came out to work. They appeared to be very knowledgeable about their job. After the work was completed, I was taken around and shown that every plug and light switch worked. The next day after the work was completed, my heater blower was continuing to blow and would not shut off. I contacted Faith Electric. Walter immediately worked with me (he set up to come out to check the work the next day, but we were able to fix it over the phone). Anytime, I have had to call the company, Julie A. was very kind, sweet, polite, and quick to help. I chose Faith Electric because they answered the phone when I called (I had an emergency and could not wait for other companies to call back - I had called two other companies prior and got their machines) and were able to come out that week. They quickly put me on their schedule and were able to complete a full rewiring of my single mobile home in 9 days. I fully recommend Faith Electric Group.
