Wow, what can I say that hasn’t been said on previous stellar reviews?! Talk about prompt service, timely conversation, and thorough professionalism! Half my house went without power and Richard jumped on it like it was his own home. Within minutes he recognized the issue and provided the solution. I can’t say enough about his super fast response time and willingness to make it happen even on a holiday! We are powered back up and operational. Thanks again!

Richard did an amazing job with the lighting and electrical work on our kitchen remodel. He put in track lighting on open shelves, puck lights in top row of cabinets, pendant lights, new outlets and all associated electrical work. He was a pleasure to work with, reliable, and delivered a high quality product.

Richard was great showed up on time , there was a free thing I needed replaced he did the job in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after himself even took the boxes away 🙂 so if you need an electrician he’s the one to call very honest man

I hired Richard to install a ring doorbell transformer and compatible doorbell chimers. Richard was very responsive friendly and professional, and he and his assistant did an excellent job at a fair price. I’ll be reaching out again in March for another job.

Thompson Electric replaced the exterior GFCI and pool light switch. They were responsive, on-time, and professional. I will be using this company for future electrical projects because of their honest communication, invoicing what was bid, and their fast and professional work.

Richard with Thompson Electric came out first thing on a Saturday morning to help me out with a circuit breaker that went out yesterday. I was without lighting and outlet usage in parts of my house for a day. Thank goodness for Richard's promptness and experience, he replaced that old circuit for a new one in no time and my house was back in business. :) Thank you for all you've done for my electrical needs. Back again with another review for Thompson Electric. Richard came out to add some electrical lighting for the front of my house on each side of my garage door. I've dealt with this area being completely dark for years and I'm so pleased and happy with the beautiful lighting. Thank you so much!

needed electrical outlet in my living room. He was quick, thorough and cleaned up afterwards. He's a good guy and I highly recommend him. He's got other jobs for me coming up in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait for my garage lights to be added.

Richard of Thompson Electric was a very experienced electrician. After I texted him a few pictures of my electrical panel, he quickly spotted the problem, ordered the parts, and scheduled an appointment. It was a very smooth process from getting the estimate to finishing the work. Richard was very responsive in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, and showed great customer service. I have found him very professional and competent, and will definitely call him when I need help again.

I reached out for electrical help on Yelp a week or so ago. Richard was the first person/company to reach out to me. He was extremely personable and attentive to my request. He and Julian came to my home to provide the service last Friday 10/17/2025. They were professional, patient, and kind. They understood my request and performed the service accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised. And I am pleased with my Govee lighting.

Great experience with Redhawk Electric- Very courteous and great communication!. Beau came out to give us a free estimate and accessed our electrical issues we were having.. He arranged a team out the same day and they got the job completed so quickly and efficiently.

I've used other electricians in the area for the last couple years who were very nice but unreliable with communication and booking appointments. Redhawk Electric is by far the most reliable.
