Top service plumbing just finished a complete re-pipe of our house. Josh, Jesse, and all their crews were great. The crew that installed the pipes were very clean from start to finish. Our house has a difficult layout, but they were able to get the job done with no issues. We would definitely recommend that anyone use top service plumbing for any big or small job.

Called last minute and they came out within the next 45 mins after I called. Jesse was incredible, very thorough and explained every issue found. Showed us the camera and let us see the condition of our plumbing pipes for ourselves and gave us our options and his recommendations. Hands down, best and honest plumbers with very reasonable prices much better than other quotes given. Thank you guys for the great customer service, turning a bad situation into a good experience.

April 27th, 2021: We worked with Luis today. He was early, professional, upfront with pricing, and easy to work with.

We had great experience with Top Service last year, so this year we called them again. We bought a home in July in need of a plumbing overhaul. Little by little we have been completing what work we can and hiring for the bigger projects.

Today Luis came out to help us with the pressure regulator replacement and bib replacement. I surprised at how quickly he was able to get the jobs done. He is also a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure no other leaks occurred after install. Which there were leaks, he fixed them by placing washers in the needed areas and ensuring everything was tight.

August 2020: I would recommend Top Service Plumbing to everyone. The service we had done was replacement of the gas dryer valve and partial line for a gas dryer.

We moved into our home July 16th and have struggled with the laundry area. First water valve issues (covered by home warranty) and then gas line issues for the gas dryer.

First, making the appointment was easy. We scheduled the night before (Sunday) online. Our appointment was between 9am and 11am the NEXT DAY! Loved that. Second, the next day I received a text at 7:50 saying Jeff was on his way. He was here within 30 minutes. The job went as expected for what we have been finding in this house 😂. I tested the dryer the next day, and we FINALLY have a functioning laundry area.

Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained the services and what needed to be done. We talked cost upfront. No trying to hide charges. I appreciate upfront talk with expectation discussed right away.
I will be calling again for any future gas and plumbing needs.

Anthony did excellent work on deep drain clog and replacing water regulator. He knew where the problems existed. He seem to be very knowledgeable and quickly repaired them. I’ve had previous plumbing issues but his work, in my observation, showed me your company is not only equipped with excellent and courteous employees but also deals fairly and honestly with its customers.

Plumber "Junior" was super. He went out of his way to obtain the faucet that we needed to match other fixtures and did a great installation job. The service provided by the company after a small glitch with our home warranty plan was excellent. They were able to resolve our issue and were very responsive to our needs. Very professional. Anthony B was on time and did a very good job. He flushed my water heater, and installed a new pressure regulator. He explained everything to my satisfaction and was courteous and respectful. He represents Top Service Plumbing extremely well. I would highly recommend Top Service Plumbing to others. The customer service representative that answered was courteous and had a technician out within the hour. Luis arrived
quickly and replaced our garbage disposal at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Luis was my service technician. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, he advised me of his progress along the way and gave me options. He made me feel very comfortable about the work he was performing as well as the cost of the job. I was extremely pleased with Luis and Top Service Plumbing and will absolutely call them again for all my plumbing needs!

I was looking for a veteran owned company and man did I hit the jackpot with a Latino veteran owned company. Christian came out to look at our clogged toilet that has been clogging on and off for weeks now. He was polite, honest, and quick. I would recommend this company and especially Christian to anyone. Thank you so much for doing great work at a reasonable price. :)

Great service from the start. They were the first and only to contact back from Thumtack and I’m glad they were. Our job was small as we just needed the cartridge replaced in our shower faucet. I guess it was too small for most but Top Service Plumbing was still happy to call and make time in the schedule the next day. Summer was great on the phone and explained what the expected cost would be and what time the tech would be there and I would get a text prior. All of this happened and the tech, Josh was even early. He was polite, professional and had all the details of our job and the expected price. He explained why it could be more if the faucet was a certain brand but fortunately it wasn’t. Nice to know in case though and then have someone honest and give the lowest price Summer had quoted.
I usually don’t write reviews especially this long but it was well worth it especially when I had a family member get ripped off for almost double the cost from another company.

The phone rep was friendly and I got service in just hours on New Years Eve for a reasonable holiday rate. The tech was personable and he got the water heater working again, though neither of us are sure how as the problem was never identified. Lots of unplugging it and plugging it back in again did the trick. A separate problem was found, though, and the tech said the tank would have to be replaced soon. After he left, we looked more closely at the problem and realized it could be fixed by replacing a couple of parts. Spent $20 at Home Depot instead of thousands on a new unit. Not sure if he didn't realize a fix was that easy or if he was working me for a $3k+ sale. Either way, that's not good.

We had a pretty bad leak under the house so we called a different place that quoted us but never came back to do the work. We called Top Service Plumbing and they had a person at our house within 10 minutes and the job completed within the hour. Amazing fast service! Jeff was very friendly. Explained the issue we had very well. Let us know of future problems we may run into. He was great! I highly recommend!

I had a small leak in my water heater, I got 3 quotes, 2 phone quotes, and 1 local technician (Anthony from Top Service) came over to look at my problem. He diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a comparable quote to the others, and set up an install the next day. He was a little later than expected for the install, but called me to let me know, which is great. He completed all of the work in the time he estimated, at the price that was as quoted, and was very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient, he did amazing work, and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Top Service (especially Anthony) for you water heater installations.

Extremely helpful, kind and thorough. Ery came out on a weekend after hours to help with a sewer backup in our business and stayed many long hours overnight to make sure the job was completed and we were taken care of. We also had another tech/supervisor (Jesse) come out after to assess the job and to give suggestion to fix the problem permanently. They provided us with a courtesy camera inspection and have found an ongoing issue that no other company has found or taken the time out to find. All their prices are very reasonable and the timeliness of returning calls and getting onsite is impeccable. Not to mention the office staff, Monica in particular, as well is extremely helpful and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I will be switching over to Top Service Plumbing for all our plumbing/jetting needs in the future.

Owner Jesse was excellent and professional. Prices were very fair and reasonable. He also had excellent companies to refer for water damage and restoration which was super helpful because we all know how daunting that can be.
Project supervisor Marisela was available for all questions and prompt answers. Very easy to work with and makes the customer feel at ease in stressful situations.
All crew members showed up promptly on scheduled time. Hard workers treated our home with respect and always cleaned up before leaving. Special thanks to crew leader Ery Cruz. Went above and beyond.

I was very happy with this company. Just got all new plumbing and water filtration system. They were professional, friendly and efficient! Jorge was the sales guy who was really patient with my questions and good at listening to what I wanted done. Don’t know the names of the plumbing crew but they did a fast and clean job! Carlos and Joel were the techs who installed the water filtration system and they were so nice about listening to my concerns and requests, and were able to come up with a creative solution to make sure I have it placed somewhere out of sight but easy to access. I am definitely going to work with this company for future projects!

Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Considerate and on time as well. I highly recommend his services with Top Service Plumbing.

Had a sprinkler pipe broke at a 45. I dug it up and exposed the piping. Called this company and they sent out a plumber. He gave us a quote of $1200 to fix it. We paid the show up fee $129 for him to check it out and sent him packing. This company is now on my do not call list. I’d recommend calling Roto Rooter, they are way better.

We had a shower faucet starting to leak hot water all day making it impossible to shower. Lino was quick to respond and a very kind guy. He was transparent and even gave tips on what would be a "safe" self-repair job in the future. While he was here, he gave a no-charge check on the kitchen and other areas of concern for an older house (100 years). Overall highly recommended, honest, down to earth business.

Top Service Plumbing was awesome! Fast, friendly, and got my drain flowing perfectly. Highly recommend!
