Robles Tree Service and Landscaping

I called to get an estimate for getting my front yard done. We schedule an appointment between 9-10AM. On the day of the appointment, the people never showed up for the time slot, I called 15 minutes after 10 asking where they were at, and the lady said she would come out instead immediately. I wait, she didn't show up. and around 40 minutes after 10, I get a text saying a gentlemen would show up at 4PM instead. I told them no! I refuse to sit around a second time for them to possibly no show again. Keeping in mind, I moved my schedule to accommodate the morning appointment because I have a very busy schedule, which made it more frustrating. Not once did they call or text saying that they won't be ale to make it, or if they were running behind. Nothing! This is poor communication, and clearly showed they don't want business. So NO, I do NOT recommend.

Later, In response to my review, one of the gentlemen texted me, getting upset because I left a bad review. I explained similar to what I wrote above, and told him, I'm sorry he was upset about the review but all I said was in fact truthful, and told him not to disrespect me, acting like everything was my fault.
He preceded to tell me, he had a "senior who needed help." And then told me, "good luck to you finding another company I hear bad things about other landscapers"
I responded in short version along the lines of, communication is key if business, kudos for seniors but littles matter too. And I'm not concerned with others, because they will at least show up to the appointment. Have a great day!

All in all, It's not hard to follow up with a 10 second text saying running late of etc. just saying. And the fact that they are being rude etc to me for their mistakes is mind blowing and shows low quality service and treatment offered to clients... don't do business with them!

We were looking for a landscaping company to help us with our big acre property and happy we found Robles Tree Service and Landscaping. Cutting a tree is difficult and we only trust the experts. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. We will chose them again and really do recommend their business.

Ofelia and her crew were wonderful; they were in and out in less than an hour, and had taken two miserable demon trees (sago palms) out of my life forever.
