Finding a reliable contractor is tough, but this team made the entire process seamless. Their communication was excellent—we were kept informed of the schedule and progress every step of the way. The project was completed on time and within the original budget, with no hidden surprises. The craftsmanship on our new patio and retaining wall is beautiful. It’s rare to find a company that balances design aesthetics with such solid engineering.

We shopped around and interviewed a few landscape architects before Liu Landscape was recommended to us. We gave Crystal a call and she walked us through the entire process. Her prices are reasonable, but her knowledge and experience made her our overall choice. Crystal was always available and patient with us throughout the process. Sometimes we would email her late on an evening or Friday, expecting her to respond the following week. Instead, she would respond that same night or during the weekend and offered to jump on a call if we still needed clarification on something.

Also, she explained that with the set price for the landscape design and drawings, it would include any revisions that our city deemed did not meet their requirements. However, our city chose to reject the plans a couple of times because the city did not follow their own requirements. Crystal made the revisions to our plans at no additional cost, and we were extremely grateful for her generosity.

We hope that when the city finally approves our plans, that we can work with Crystal to complete the project as well. My wife and I had a great experience working with Crystal and can trust that she does what she says and will go above and beyond your expectations like she did for us.
