I have had an upper floor remodel / re-design and rebuild of an entire upper floor, windows installed and sliders installed, solid walls and fences installed and more. Top notch work for 2-3 decades.

I signed my contract on 8/22/2020 for a new roof, rain gutters, paint exterior including 2 gates, & replace 4 rear windows & 2 sliding doors. It took a few weeks for them to get started on the roof but when it was done then they were to put in the doors & windows. After 4 weeks of waiting, I was told that 1 of the doors came in damaged & it would be another 4 weeks minimum before it comes in again because they have to reorder it. I asked if they could install the others in the meantime & was told no. After the 4 weeks went by, they finally came out on 10/31 to install them only to find out that Mike had measured 1 of the windows entirely wrong & the completely wrong size. Guess what, you guessed it, I was told it would be another 4 weeks because they had to reorder it. In the meantime they at least started painting the house but ooops, Mike didn't put the amount for the gates in my bid & it will be another $1100. He also forgot to include the $500 permit fee. It is now another 34 days later and I don't have my window or the rain gutters. It has now been 3 1/2 months and still not done. My sister & brother in-law need a new roof & Mike went out their to measure but I told them DON'T GO WITH THEM. I am in the mortgage business & will make sure to definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. I don't feel that I should have to pay for the items they he forgot to include in the bid. I am hoping the owner calls me. We'll see how much they care. Now I know why they only had 2 other reviews.

Last year we purchased a new home and recently found that it needed a new roof. After getting a few different estimates we decided to go with Cal Green because they were the most responsive and had the best pricing. Mike was professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process and we even decided to get solar after he offered to review our electricity bills and explained the benefits of solar. So far, we've been saving over a hundred dollars a month in electricity and are overall really happy with how everything worked out. Would definitely work with them again in the future!

We had our bathroom done and they did a really nice job and stayed within the budget.

I thought it was a pretty good service that came to my house to help me remodel the living room. Everything was outstanding and great but the price, it's a little pricey but I mean its 100% worth it if you don't mind spending a little extra to make sure you have an amazing look in the house.

I would be really careful when contacting them. They just give out your number and random contractors start blowing up your phone. I should have been more careful about them when I contacted them. Totally unnecessary.

The initial quote I got I thought was on the high side for my bathroom remodel but once I gathered more quotes I realized they were very retainable and in the ball park of what it should be. The job was not overly complicated but they did a great job in getting the work done.

Giving all love to Contractors Thousand Oaks for giving my aunt the kitchen that she has dreamed since she was at the age of five. She drew out a sketch of what she has requested for and at the end, it looks literally identical.

Our entire experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. We were guided through the entire process, given high quality samples, had a timeline from the start, and were kept involved. The contractors were so great, and incredibly helpful with all our questions, making sure we stayed happy and informed. Contractors Thousand Oaks has made my whole family satisfied. My cousins & my aunt needed some licensed work (people who they can trust) to help them out. They needed some bathroom renovation's and from there it was all just being patient till' the final product was done. It is so beautiful and I am glad that they have gotten what they wanted.

My father had a lot of work done to accommodate his new wheelchair. His room was extended along with his bathroom. There was a central air unit installed because of the age of the house it wasn't equipped with that. There was also a very nicely done, brick ramp put in in the front of the home. The team working on the house was very polite and courteous. The workers at Contractors Thousand Oaks made every effort to accommodate all of my parents needs. They knew they were working with the elderly couple with 4 little barking dogs so they did everything they possibly could to make everyone feel comfortable. Everything looks beautiful and they did it all in a short period of time. Thank your Contractors Thousand Oaks!

We hired Steve and his crew to do a total kitchen renovation - and we are extremely happy with them. Steve was honest and straightforward about the cost, so there were no surprises and the work was done efficiently and done well. Everyone was courteous and professional and they didn't get annoyed when we had questions. The job was even finished a few days earlier than Steve estimated - and it turned out perfect.

Amazing!!! These guys are real masters of remodeling. Our designer was great-imaginative and attentive to our vision,which was pretty specific, and our project manager was a real pleasure to work with. The entire staff at Contractors Thousand Oaks is operating at high level of professionalism, Contractors Thousand Oaks is very resonable priced considering the quality of the work, and the fact that they have a full onsite showroom from which to select everything from tiles to shower heads to lighting and cabinetry, saves a lot of time and allows for better designer input on the choice of materials, We couldn't be happier with our choice of Contractors Thousand Oaks for our renovation- I'd give them an 11 out of 10!!

My husband and I knew it was time to get the house painted, and after a free quote from Tony with Patriot Construction Solutions, we bit the bullet and decided to proceed. We knew this product was more expensive than a regular painting project, but being a lifetime guarantee, we knew it would pay for itself. (This was not our first quote).

When the painting crew arrived they were very respectful of our property. They began the work and kept us informed every step of the way. Mauricio was able to answer all questions I asked and always took time to explain and make sure I understood before proceeding. We feel confident that the mold found around the stucco base of our home has been eradicated and sealed. The house looks amazing! We are so pleased with the outcome and thankful we chose this company for our project. Thank you Tony and crew for the amazing work on our home!
