I signed my contract on 8/22/2020 for a new roof, rain gutters, paint exterior including 2 gates, & replace 4 rear windows & 2 sliding doors. It took a few weeks for them to get started on the roof but when it was done then they were to put in the doors & windows. After 4 weeks of waiting, I was told that 1 of the doors came in damaged & it would be another 4 weeks minimum before it comes in again because they have to reorder it. I asked if they could install the others in the meantime & was told no. After the 4 weeks went by, they finally came out on 10/31 to install them only to find out that Mike had measured 1 of the windows entirely wrong & the completely wrong size. Guess what, you guessed it, I was told it would be another 4 weeks because they had to reorder it. In the meantime they at least started painting the house but ooops, Mike didn't put the amount for the gates in my bid & it will be another $1100. He also forgot to include the $500 permit fee. It is now another 34 days later and I don't have my window or the rain gutters. It has now been 3 1/2 months and still not done. My sister & brother in-law need a new roof & Mike went out their to measure but I told them DON'T GO WITH THEM. I am in the mortgage business & will make sure to definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. I don't feel that I should have to pay for the items they he forgot to include in the bid. I am hoping the owner calls me. We'll see how much they care. Now I know why they only had 2 other reviews.

Last year we purchased a new home and recently found that it needed a new roof. After getting a few different estimates we decided to go with Cal Green because they were the most responsive and had the best pricing. Mike was professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process and we even decided to get solar after he offered to review our electricity bills and explained the benefits of solar. So far, we've been saving over a hundred dollars a month in electricity and are overall really happy with how everything worked out. Would definitely work with them again in the future!
