Inocencia and her team are true miracle workers! My boyfriend and I moved into our rented house a few months ago and were told by the owner that the home would be cleaned before we arrived. To our surprise, we found that the house was dirty and even somewhat neglected on our move-in day. I was embarrassed and very disappointed, and put off calling a service to help me. I finally reached out to Ino-Mar based on a prior cleaning. Inocencia is so lovely, professional, and wonderfully communicative. It was amazing to come home to a spotless house, with everything scrubbed beyond what I expected. Her team truly brought it back to life, so much so that we will be using their services for my boyfriend's karate school. I am grateful to have found them and I am looking forward to the next cleaning appointment with them!

Also, texted me as they arrived so I didn’t get outside fast enough & they knocked on 2 other doors instead of calling, like I specified when booking (confusing apartment setup).

Overall, not worth the trouble unless you’re in a bind.
