Brantley and his assistant showed up early, ready to get started. Even though Brantley wasn’t super fluent in English, his assistant spoke clearly and made sure everything was understood. We walked through the house together, showing them all the spots and pet stains we needed cleaned on our nylon carpet and wool rug. Both carpets came out looking fantastic. We’re happy with the results and would gladly use this service again.

one of the team members, thomas, came to steam clean our carpets and did an amazing job getting out a tough, sticky spot that we hadn't been able to remove ourselves. i thought we might have to replace that part of the carpet, but thomas saved us money by cleaning it so well. he also pointed out that the grout in our tile wasn't showing its true color. since we weren't the original homeowners, we didn't even know what the grout was supposed to look like. after thomas cleaned it, we were surprised to see it matched our walls really nicely. he used special tools, like a black light, to find pet stains and made sure to remove and deodorize those areas. the service isn't the cheapest, but it's much more affordable than getting new carpet or having to patch it. overall, very satisfied with the carpet cleaning and would definitely recommend.

He carefully shampooed and dry vacuumed the carpets, making sure to remove all the dirt and stains. Since I had guests arriving soon, Malachi set up a couple of floor fans to help speed up the drying process, making sure everything would be ready in time. He even came back before my guests arrived to pick up the fans, so everything looked perfect and fresh. seth and malachi did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! they measured the areas with a special tool and only charged us for the exact space they cleaned, which is way better than paying by the room like most places. both guys were young but really knew their stuff and were super friendly. they worked quickly and made the whole process easy and pleasant. when i called for a quote, the person on the phone was very friendly and cheerful, which made me feel comfortable choosing budget empire carpet cleaning. i do wish they had explained the different carpet cleaning options over the phone, so i could know more about what to expect, but i think they just wanted to be helpful and not pushy. they do cost a bit more than some other cleaners, but it’s nice that they use their own special citrus solution that’s safe for pets and kids. we had a few tough stains and dog pee smells, and while most of the odors are gone, some deep smells are probably in the carpet pad. after i called back, jaxon offered to come out personally to help, which really shows how much they care about their customers. overall, we had a really great experience and would recommend them for anyone needing carpet cleaning.
