We were so happy with our experience with NextProVision Appliance Repair! Our dishwasher wasn't draining and I called and Niko was able to come out to look at it within a day. He showed me that the pump needed to be replaced and they were able to order the parts quickly, and we scheduled a follow up appointment within a day or two. He ran into some unexpected issues when replacing the pump (previous contractor made mistakes) and spent a lot of time making it right. Niko was very nice and cleaned up very carefully after himself. I felt comfortable with him in my home and could see the work he was doing was high quality and felt that the price of the entire repair was very fair. They followed up in a few days to make sure everything was working well, and we are very happy with the work they did. I would definitely use them again for any appliance repairs. Thanks, Niko!
