I was looking for an electrician to help with some repairs and upgrades to my main electrical panel, and to install a 240V outlet for a car charger. Boy and I glad that I was referred to B&M to get the job done.
I will say that the scheduling process, and the AI phone assistant, were not the smoothest to interact with, but I was able to get an appointment for that same week to get an estimate, and then the job was handled one week later.
Carlos and his teammate Chris were absolute professionals and walked through all of the information I could have possibly wanted. Additionally, they competed a robust recommendation for work above and beyond what I'd asked for, but never pushed to have me spend more or have unnecessary work done. I felt that they were comprehensive and transparent.
As for the installation itself, it was just as they'd claimed it would be. An on-time arrival and all of the work was completed in exactly the timeframe I was quoted.
I don't need any more electrical work done for now. But there is no doubt I'll call B&M when I do.
