Half the time this place is disgusting to go into. The food is horrible and often looks like the shelf life is done. I do like various aspects of the store, customer service is pretty good, but always seems like this store pulls in the crazies. Where do you go to see all the crazies in Torrance at one time? Walmart!

Customer service was horrible in the garden department.I asked for help with finding a certain type of plant and the young lady just pointed and turned right around and continued her conversation with her co-worker another lady.

Had a great experience today. Salesman/clerk Kirk spent time with me and solved a hardware problem that Home Depot was not able to solve.

They have cut their manpower which results in poor quality of inventory and customer dissatisfaction. This used to be my favorite place to shop, but I have started ordering more online and having my things delivered.

there are many very beautiful flowers. my mom said that the flowers and the place are prettier than some gardens. the flowers are gathered together here.

Fix your hours. Friday open only til 9pm. Saw few people try to find the entrance only to see its closed already.

Place is good and service is great but limited when it comes to plants if you're looking for specific ones.
