Not only did he diagnose the issue with my furnace, but I also mentioned some electrical problems and he revealed that he's a licensed electrician - no surprise, given his expertise. He fixed the issue in my breaker box without any fuss.

What really impressed me was when he recommended an iWave air purifier while changing my filter during a particularly challenging time (the pandemic). Now I'm eager to get him back to install it for me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with their office and service - no wonder they've been around for so long!

I hired them to replace the old water valve as requested and paid for the service. Instead, they simply replaced the outdated valve with an older model that wouldn't have lasted long even if I connected my new fridge to it. They did add a copper line, but this ended up being a problem later when the fridge installers couldn't use it for the ice maker installation. As a result, I essentially wasted $250. To make matters worse, they failed to respond to my text messages. To fix the issue, I had to hire another plumber and pay for the new valve installation myself. The final result was subpar, and the company left me with a costly headache.
