Great service and quality supplies

This place is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I had a 40+ yr old faucet that was leaking and needed to replace the rubber seal at the end. The person helping me immediately recognized that it was made by American Standard, disappeared into the back and came back with the exact thing I needed and said it was on the house. Wouldn't take money even though I offered. My husband could not believe I came home with the right parts in an hour. He thought he only hope was to try a bunch of different parts from Amazon or eBay.

They didn't had the base for my dreamline shower but the guy was helpful and said he will try to find it, let's hope he does, someone told me they have everything 🤷🏻‍♂️

good store but if you deal with a person that dont know you, they kill you on the price. Went to get some bell reducers and new guy charge me $12 for something I can get at HD for $6. Lesson learned.

They had the correct parts I needed. I bought the parts and didn't need all of them. However, when my wife went to return one of the parts, they charged her unnecessarily, straight up lying about what they had sold me. In other words, they short-changed her and ultimately refunded her a smaller amount. They took advantage of her lack of knowledge and made a couple of dollars in the process. Good job saving yourselves $4 by lying. I give 2 stars because they had the parts, but were extremely dishonest. We will not use their business again.
